Wonderful stay. Beautiful house with amazing view and very comfortable with all amenities. Definitely as advertised.

Amazing house on the beach, beautiful interior and garden, very well maintained. Quiet place. The pool is very nice. It has everything so you don't want to leave the house! Very well-equipped kitchen… everything is very comfortable. The only thing I recommend is to wear a sleeping mask because of the light that comes in in the morning (if that's something that bothers you).

Alejandro was always very friendly, always attentive to us and answered every question super fast. We loved the house, very nice, not only because of its incredible design but because everything works perfectly, very comfortable in every way. The location is ideal for resting. The fact that it has isolated rooms means that you can be in the living room with noise without disturbing those who sleep. We would come back without thinking, by far the best Airbnb house I have ever rented 🙂

Alejandro is very kind, the house is the same as the photos, he met expectations 100%. The most important thing is that the house was very clean and without humidity. You can tell he cares about keeping it. Very flexible with check in and check out. Very comfortable beds with good duvets. We arrived on a very cold day, and the stove heated the house quickly. We never got cold. In short, we recommend it and we will be happy to return.

The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

Great house. Right at the golf course. Easy access to other activities like Padel, Tennis, surf, hiking, horsebackriding, parapente and Barbecue. We loved the house.

Fran's house is exquisite! Very cozy, nice, tidy, even with a nice smell!! We stayed for more than two weeks and felt right at home. Everything as it is described and shown in the pictures. Excellent location to do everything on foot...to the beach, shopping, eating, playing. It has a perfect patio for children to play and a nice space for barbecues and eating outside. Fran is a superhost, she was very concerned that our stay was a nice experience. We would definitely do it again.

Amazing place in an incredible location with a breathtaking view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Juan was extremely responsive and helpful, including accommodating our need for early arrival and communicating in English instead of Spanish. We hope to come back someday!

It was a nice family weekend, in which we enjoyed the tranquility and beautiful spaces that nature offers. The house is very comfortable with beautiful views from the rooms, the host is very concerned and attentive to our stay. Highly recommended, and we hope to return.

Remodeled house, we rent the first floor that is equipped for 4 people. The second floor is subdivided into 2 smaller apartments. Parking is shared, with enough space for 3 vehicles. There is plenty of room in the gazebo for the family and to share. The house was fully equipped, including board games. On the left side is the living room and bedrooms, bathroom. In the middle is the kitchen and on the right side is the dining room. The kitchen also functions as a corridor, so a bottleneck is created there when cooking. The beds, bathroom and furniture are as expected. You have to coordinate with the other tenants to use the parking lot.

The house is beautiful and perfect for a nice vacation. Cozy, very functional and with a fabulous terrace with a panoramic ocean view. We will definitely be back! Many thanks to Loreto for her kindness and always attentive to any needs we had.

The house has very good taste. It is well equipped and beautiful that is a pleasure. The gallery makes you want to stay. Veronica welcomed us and attended very lovingly and in a good mood. Super willing, she let us in a while before. Of the 3 sleeping spaces only the double has a door.

Great place for a weekend at the beach. We were 9 in total and we felt it was spacious and functional. Definitely will come back!
