Monthly Rentals in La Joya

My family and I stayed 2 nights and we felt right at home, very comfortable, it matches the listing description and Angel was very kind and understanding of our needs, he recommended places and was always attentive to any need. The apartment's location is easily accessible and there are places nearby to buy quesadillas and tacos, there is a store nearby and also an Oxxo. It has parking and elevator. Sergio, the building manager, was also very kind. If I had to go back to CDMX, I would stay here again.

I was in Tlalpan for work and Colomba’s place was a peaceful oasis after a day full of meetings. It is quiet and safe and a short walk to the city center. It has a beautiful, peaceful garden that unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy because of work. The space is well organized and the kitchen has everything I needed for a full week there. The washing machine was easy to use. The entire place along with Colomba’s attention, checking in from time to time, made it one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Would love to return to rest and enjoy historic tlalpan

David and his wife were very helpful and responsive to any questions I may have including accommodating my early check in. The location is close to a lot of great places like Coyoacán and walking distance to zocalo histórico de tlalpan which is beautiful. Would definitely stay with David and Lourdes again

If you have the chance to stay here, I'm telling you, don't pass it up! I spent two wonderful months at Angela's, and it's probably the best place I've stayed in CDMX. If you're anything like me, you get a little annoyed staying in the same place where all the other gringos stay--Roma, Polanco, etc.--and Tlalpan is the perfect antidote to that. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful, very well decorated and lushly maintained. Plus, only a block away from a bus line that will take you basically anywhere in the city. The only problem I had was my own fault, accidentally leaving a heater plugged in and feeling guilty for running up my wonderful host's electrical bill. Next time I visit CDMX, I am definitely checking to see if this is available again. Absolutely a five-star experience, can't recommend it enough.
