Vacation rentals with a patio in La Janda

Perfect location - 10 mins walk to the hub of the marina restaurants and 10 mins in the opposite direction to the Octo tennis and yacht club. Apartment is clean with modern furniture. Shared pool next to the apartment which was great. Lovely veranda out onto the harbour. Good size for our family of four. Good comms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nuestra estancia en Casa Pepa ha sido perfecta. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con Fernando fue impecable: siempre atento, amable y con excelentes recomendaciones gastronómicas que hicieron que nuestra experiencia en Vejer fuera aún más especial. El apartamento es una joya. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno corazón de Vejer, lo que nos permitió disfrutar al máximo del encanto del pueblo. Además, la decoración es preciosa, cuidada al detalle, creando un ambiente acogedor y con muchísimo estilo. La cama era comodísima, asegurando un descanso espectacular. La tranquilidad del edificio y el respeto y educación de los vecinos hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más placentera. La cocina y el baño están perfectamente equipados, no nos faltó absolutamente nada. En definitiva, nos hemos sentido como en casa y no tenemos dudas de que volveremos muy pronto. ¡Gracias por todo, Fernando!

We loved our stay at Dominic’s place. First time trip to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Walked from the airport in 10 mins, across the runway, a big novelty especially as I’m a bit of an aviation geek😁 Easy to jump on a bus outside to most locations (bus info is helpfully printed out in apartment along with other local attraction info) or walk the 10/15 mins into the heart of town, ocean village etc. loads of bars/restaurants etc. East beach is lovely for a swim and 7-8 min walk. Spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, we had everything we needed. I now have to buy an egg chair for home as our 14 year old loved it. The balconies were amazing, couldn’t get much closer to The Rock. Dominic was so quick to respond to questions and we were able to drop our cases in the apartment early after arriving at lunchtime & then wander into town with just our hand luggage bags . Thanks for a great experience😁

We had a lovely time staying at Javier's place, he was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The airbnb was lovely and very spacious. The only slight downside is that the private terrace is in the shade all day, however the communal space out of the front door of the apartment is a real sun trap! We had great access to los lances for kitesurfing and would love to come back to stay in future

Great location in the centre of Jerez, near many restaurants and cafes. We had a lovely trip, helped hugely by having such a nice apartment to come home to each evening. Ben gave clear instructions and we had no problems at all. Thanks!

Ricardo’s place met our expectations, clean, coffee, hot water and confortable, walkable to the main plaza and Gibraltar crossing. The morning coffee at the roof, breath taking!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in een mooi gerestaureerde woning die van alle gemakken was voorzien. Klein terras, aan ruime binnentuin, waar vanaf het middaguur het zonnetje schijnt tot 's avonds. Helaas veel slecht weer gehad maar daar kan niemand iets aan doen. Veel leuke restaurantjes in de buurt, deels open (maart). Prachtig strand waar je heerlijk kilometers kunt lopen. Chiclana is een aardig stadje, Cadiz, Jerez en Vejer zeer de moeite waard en op korte afstand. sevilla en Ronda verder weg maar zeer de moeite waard. wij hadden fietsen bij ons en hebben veel gefietst. kwaliteit fietspaden zeer wisselend. route 8 is top.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Chiclana. Die Unterkunft war klasse und auch die Unterstützung durch Javi war sehr gut.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour avec un emplacement exceptionnel face à la mer, le logement est très bien équipé, fidèle à la description de l’annonce. Nous avons passé de très bons moments en famille. Nous tenons vraiment à signaler l’accueil, la disponibilité, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Najia et Raoul, ils ont répondu à toute nos demandes…Nous les remercions beaucoup pour ces moments inoubliables et de nous avoir fait découvrir ce magnifique endroit…Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons certainement !!! Pasamos una estancia muy agradable y cómoda. la recepción y despedida muy acogedora y siempre dispuesto a ayudar o hacer agradable la estancia. Zona tranquila, algo alejada fe centro, pero cómoda para aparcar y centro de operaciones. Las instalaciones y equipamiento muy bien, con todo lo necesario

El alojamiento es fantástico para descansar y desconectar de la rutina ,muy recomendable para dar paseos hasta la playa . hemos estado en familia muy a gusto!!!

Hemos estado durante 5 noches en el alojamiento,se corresponde con lo anunciado,en el centro de Chiclana a dos minutos andando de la plaza mayor,con plaza de parking en la misma plaza lo que hacía muy cómodo volver a casa a cualquier hora y sin necesidad de buscar aparcamiento. El alojamiento está muy limpio y con muchas comodidades,todas de las que te informan al hacer la reserva. El anfitrión se preocupa mucho y te da muchas indicaciones tanto para llegar al apartamento como lugares de la zona que puedes visitar o sitios para comer ,así nos fue muy fácil ya que dependíamos de horarios de partidos de la competición a la que acudimos . Muy satisfechos tanto con el alojamiento como con el anfitrión

Ce logement est facile d'accès et il n'y a pas de problème pour se garer à proximité. Nous étions garés devant la porte d'entrée ! Ce logement est grand, très bien rangé, équipé et très propre. Le lit 2 places est confortable. Ce logement est extrêmement calme. Les avantages : - le toit terrasse très agréable - l'arrivée autonome grâce à la boite à clé - Hazel est une hôte proactive, sympathique et communicante

Absolutely loved Gemma’s place - beautiful apartment in a fantastic location for everything. Sitting out on the balcony watching the world go by I never wanted to leave. Spotlessly clean, easy to find and we will definitely be coming back.

Highly recommend! I loved my stay at this beautiful place—perfectly located just outside the beach in a peaceful area. One standout feature was the incredibly comfortable bed, which is rare to find. There’s also a small outdoor table, great for enjoying meals. The WiFi worked flawlessly. The space had decent lighting, though a bit more would be ideal, especially in the evening. The only minor downside was occasional noise from neighbors—not loud, but something to keep in mind if you prefer complete silence. Overall, a fantastic stay!

O local é magnífico, com várias piscinas tranquilas que nos proporcionaram momentos de relaxamento. Embora seja necessário transporte próprio ou público para nos deslocarmos, apreciámos muito a tranquilidade da zona. Destacamos a simpatia de quem nos recebeu e a limpeza da casa, que estava impecável, apesar de termos encontrado alguma louça mal lavada. As camas eram muito confortáveis e o terraço, maior do que aparenta nas fotografias, ofereceu-nos uma vista deslumbrante para o mar. O ar condicionado foi uma mais-valia, especialmente com o calor intenso que se faz sentir.

Very nice and clean apartment overlooking the beach. Location is nice, in the harbor of Sotogrande. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. Good communication with the host and also with the lady from the agency who welcomes you and gives you the keys, very flexible according to arrival time.

John met us outside the accommodation with clear instructions. Was nice and helpful and recommended places to go in the area. Apartment was lovely and clean with a perfect location. Great view of the airport too!

Alojamiento tal y como se describe. Terraza con vistas increíbles! Aunque se puede ir a la playa andando, la cuesta final de vuelta es increíble y si vas con niños recomiendo llevar coche. Sebastián atento, nos entrego la vivienda antes de lo esperado. Amable y atento. Recomendable tanto apartamento como anfitrión. Muchas gracias por tu atención.

Fantastic stay in Sotogrande! The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and in a perfect location—shops and everything you need are just seconds away. The host Rebecca and her assistant was incredibly easy to communicate with and offered excellent service. Highly recommended!
