House vacation rentals in La Janda

We had a lovely week staying at this Villa which is in a lovely rural setting and is very tranquil. The Villa is a 20 minute walk into Arriate and a 10-15 minute drive into Ronda. The gardens are beautifully maintained, with lots of areas to relax in. The house is kept nice and warm in the winter and I’m sure is very cool in the summer.

We had a wonderful time as a family. The house is new and impeccable, magazine, just as seen in the photos, and with all the luxury of details. The wonderful patio and pool. Jan is very friendly throughout the process, responding to messages and doubts that were coming up almost instantly and giving us all kinds of facilities. A lot of success, I hope to be back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home with charming Spanish decor. The house has four comfortable rooms that easily accommodated our group. The host was very flexible and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The location is great—close to major attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. We truly enjoyed our time here! Just a note for future guests: the road leading up to the property is quite steep and narrow. If you’re driving, please be extra cautious. As we were exiting, we accidentally hit a stone curb and one of our tires blew out. This was entirely our own mishap and not the host’s fault—but it’s something to be mindful of.

The house in general is very good, just like what you see in the photos, very well equipped and clean. The only catch would be the extra beds in the living room that do not rest well but otherwise great. The amazing pool part.

We spent a weekend at Pedro's house with colleagues and we can say that the accommodation is very well equipped, in an excellent location and ready for travelers to enjoy. As for the host, we can only mention positive things, super attentive to any message or call from us, on top of that he lives next to the rental house which makes any unexpected event easier. Thank you very much for your attention and hospitality, we will definitely be back.

We had a great time in Chiclana. The place was great and also the support from Javi was very good.

We stayed as a group of friends for a week and the stay was excellent. The location to Puerto Sherry is just a few minutes away, which allowed us to walk there without any problems. We were impressed by all the details that the house had, toilet paper, bath and pool towels, oil, coffee, shampoo… it didn't lack any detail. We really liked that it was so well-equipped. Susana was very friendly and attentive to us for anything we needed.

Very nice stay and without any mishap. Reservamos un apartamento para 5 personas in mid-May. Very simple management, initially with Débora and then with Ana. Ana helped us a lot with the management, as initially we asked them to be able to check in before the time set for a work issue and they left the apto. prepared the night before our arrival. In the end, the situation was not complicated and we were not able to arrive until midnight, outside of his working hours, so he sent us very clear instructions on how to proceed to obtain the key to the accommodation. Everything was just which one explained us. Then he gave us a couple of recommendations that were helpful. The apartment is almost a semi-detached house, in a development with gardens and pool, about 20 min. walking from the center of Conil, with a very nice porch for breakfast. We take it as a base to visit the comarca. We were out almost all day, but you could see a quiet area.

We loved our stay in Tina’s house, great naborhood and close to the beach! Perfect for our family with 3 kids. Tina and Victor is very reliable and nice people, and helpful if you have questions. Kind regards, Malin & David

The stay in this accommodation is very good, with many amenities, very clean and the host attentive to everything. We would definitely repeat.

We had a wonderful time and would love to come back in the future. Not all the beds were as comfortable as the ones in the main room, but apart from that we had a great Christmas time and the surroundings are as beautiful as it gets.

We were a group of 6 friends over the weekend and had a great time. The house is very well equipped, in a quiet but well-connected area. Ralf and Jasmin were very friendly the whole time

Raúl was very nice at the reception, explaining everything very well and giving us advice on the area, what to see, where to eat, etc... the recommended places were very successful. The stay was very comfortable, the house had everything and was spotless. Also equipped with all the essentials to spend a few days. Special mention to the terrace that has given us a lot of space with the hammocks, the table and the umbrella. The area is great, very close to the beach and located a couple of streets from the main one where there are shops and very close to the grocery market to buy good items and cook them in the apartment's very well-equipped kitchen. We'll be back when we get the chance. 10 out of 10 for the service and the stay, you can't ask for more.

What about this stay at Gary's? We had an excellent vacation in his very warm home. Everything is done to make it feel like you're at home. The small plus of this airbnb is undoubtedly the swimming pool which is so pleasant especially with the current heat in Arriate. The terrace is also very cute for an aperitif with a magnificent view of this village of white houses. In addition, Arriate is a very cute village full of good restaurants (Escobar, Malacaña, Asador Chevalier...). We have never eaten in Spain as well as in Andalusia. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to meet Gary who wasn't there, but he was able to answer any of our questions we had. In addition, we would like to sincerely thank her friend Manalo who was very helpful with her recommendations. He came to clean the pool and agreed to help us. Finally Gary was kind enough to let us go later

Carlos was a 10-star host, I recommend this villa 100%. The villa is beautiful and everything is perfect, we found the house very clean, everything perfectly arranged. Carlos gives you some recommendations for the area to visit, he is very friendly, he is available in case you need anything. The outdoor area of the villa is very well maintained, the pool is wonderful and the lawn area with chill-out area is a luxury. The description of the house is totally accurate and even better in person. We had an incredible vacation, we rested a lot, we were able to enjoy a house with all the amenities and with great attention to detail. It is greatly appreciated to find such a well-kept house and that we arrive and everything is ready. To highlight, I had never been anywhere where the towels and sheets are like new and smell great, the comfort of the mattresses is fantastic. It has a great and perfectly prepared barbecue area. Teresa's place was large, three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Newly refurbished, everything was new and clean. Couple of problems with Netflix which were resolved by Teresa very quickly. We were there for six weeks in the off-season, so it was very quiet - did need a car to get around to all the tourist sites. Overall very nice.

Very nice stay, very conveniently located, close to practically everything, and Carmen was very attentive to our arrival and helped us at all times, a very good experience!!

Very chic house - photos don’t do it justice. About a 20 minute walk into the main bit of town - some amazing restaurants including El Muro, Vinografica and the San Francisco Mercado. We also visited the lovely beaches where you can surf or horse ride.

The house was lovely : well located , super comfortable with everything you needed even a Smeg fridge in the kitchen !! A 2 minute walk to the local supermarket and just 15 mins into town made it a great place to stay. We had our dog with us so the beach just 5 mins into town the car away was fantastic every morning and evening - dogs allowed on the beach in winter time ! We also warm sunny weather even though it was February. A great stay - highly recommend

My partner, our French bulldog and I have been there for a week Juan was very helpful, he recommended places to visit, coves and restaurants The house was super clean and if it's beautiful in photos, in person it's amazing, you feel right at home Our dog has enjoyed the garden throughout the week as the temperature is very good to be there. It is located in a very quiet area, perfect for disconnecting We'll be back next year!!

This house was a great spot for us! The town was quiet and picturesque. There's a grocery store just down the street from this house that had everything we needed. The house was clean and had plenty of room. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. The only thing that we would have done differently is we would have booked the house from May to October. The pool is only heated during those months. Espy was apologetic about this and said that some people will ask to heat the pool for their stay during these months. Espy was very responsive to all of our questions and always responded quickly to our texts. We were comfortable there and would definitely stay again!

Great house in a quiet but convenient location. Excellent hosts. Highly recommend. Had a great few days there with my family.
