Hi, I'm Juan, The wooden design house is located approximately 3 km from Conil, 3 km from beaches and coves, ideal for 2 people or a family of two adults and two children. The house consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and pergola next to the pool that is accessed from the living room and bedroom. The house contains a 150 cm bed, an ideal sofa bed for sleeping of 140 cm, a private pool, wifi, air conditioning, barbecue, heating and private parking. Outside visitors are not allowed.

The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment.
