The apartment is very spacious. 2 large rooms, even in one of the rooms 3 children could fit without a problem. Large living room, with lots of light, as well as the terrace. Flexibility in check-in time, and good communication with the host. The area is very quiet, the whole town in general, ideal for a vacation looking for relaxation and disconnection.
Natural light floods a room through an open window, revealing a view of the sea and coastal landscape. The light-colored walls and soft furnishings create a serene environment, while a lamp stands beside the bed, contributing to the overall calm atmosphere.

Both Alazne the owner, and Sandra who received us have been attentive at all times. The apartment was very nice and there was nothing missing, with a terrace overlooking the ocean. There are some spectacular places and beaches to visit. I recommend it 100%.

Six wonderful days with family at Natalia's place. The flat has everything you may need for your stay. The beds are comfy, the place is clean, you will find board games, card games, good books and some tourist leaflets. The neighbourhood is really quiet. The location is great do explore the area around. Plenty of amazing hikes, beautiful beaches and other things such as botanical gardens, a former gold mine and great restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive to communications. I am a fan of self check in but it was also lovely to meet the host in person. If I'd need to nitpick, I'd point out that that there were every night plenty of motorhomes parked in front of the living room due to the parking spot being promoted via a famous camper van app. But this was no issue for us and it's nothing that the host can influence. We look forward to coming back. Thank you Natalia.

We now stayed in Carlos' pretty and lovingly furnished fisherman's cottage for the second time. It was well equipped, clean and tidy, and everything worked great. The location is unbeatable, and the view is sensational. The small terrace ( Porche ) was sufficient for the 2 of us and we found the "Ola" of the nice passersby to be positive communicative. Carlos and his wife were in the neighboring apartment on weekends - very kind and helpful people. Since we also liked the small authentic place so much again, we really want to come back.
The bathroom features a light-colored tiled wall and a bathtub with an attached showerhead. A single sink is positioned next to a mirror, with a beige countertop underneath. A towel hangs on the side of the bathtub, and a small waste bin is placed on the floor.

The balcony

El Balcon is part of a new development on the hill of Las Negras, far enough to only hear the sea and in our case a construction going on close by. But that even was very mild. The pool is salty instead of chloride which is really nice. Everything is comfy and works as advertised.
