Kid-friendly vacation rentals in La Herradura

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Inside the property was extremely clean and we felt right at home. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well layer out and easy to use. The views were even better than the photos. The outside area had everything you could want and the pool was very refreshing during the high heat. The journey there was made easier by Lourdes driving in front of us upon first arrival, after this, we felt comfortable to drive in and out on our own. Perfect hosts, perfect property. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic and Excellent!!! Victor is friendly and an excellent communicator. The accommodation; Better than photos. with secure parking by the front door. Entrance then split level. First floor has a full size kitchen with a door leading to a BBQ area. A toilet. A dinning area and sofa area with big sliding doors with a lovely view and balcony with an out door table for six people. The next floor has a bathroom/ toilet etc, three bedrooms with one having an on suite bathroom. All bedroom are on the pool level with sun loungers and jacuzzi. It’s a great place to swim and sunbathe. Relaxing, great restaurants. Perfect. Lots to do and within driving distance to major water activities / Dolphin tours. We hired a boat, no license needed for small motor boat, dolphins swam next to the boat, It was amazing. Large Shopping plaza one hour drive through the hills, smaller ones closer. Yes there is a McDonalds, Lidl,Aldi and Spanish supermarkets. Old town near the castle. Will be back!

Great stay in a lovely house , brilliant location in the centre of Frigiliana with short distance to shops, restaurants and bus stop. This was our second stay there. Antonio is a good host and the house has a lovely view over the Botancical garden with a view of the sea at Nerja to the left. Air conditioning in the bedroom was much appreciated in the heatwave. We didn't have a car but caught the Frigiliana bus down to Nerja and also went to Torrox for lunch and the beach. Had some lovely meals in Frigiliana. La Taperia on the left of the church, The Garden Restaurant, Restaurante Bar Virtudes which is halfway up the hill on the bus on the right with lovely views down the valley to the sea at Nerja. Also ate for the first time at Bar la Alegría del Barrio twice which is down the hill past the church. Ordered paella the day before and there was so much we couldn't eat it all. For people who love walking there is the ravine down the hill behind the chemist but very steep.

Armelle’s place was just as described and had everything you needed. The many stairs and levels merely added to its charm. Spent several evenings on the terrace with a glass of wine and watched the sun fade away. While the village can be busy during the day it soon quietens down towards evening as the day trippers and tours depart, then you feel like a local. There are enough shops to provide all your groceries, the good people of Frigiliana always willing to assist if needed. We look forward to returning one day.

El alojamiento estaba genial, tanto de instalaciones como de ubicación. Las vistas son realmente espectaculares. Los colchones de las camas individuales son mejorables porque se hunden con nada, pero por el resto el apartamento está genial. Tiene todo lo que necesitas.

Een prachtig huisje in een prachtige omgeving! Elke dag genoten van het uitzicht vanaf het zwembad. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Robert was een zeer vriendelijke host die snel reageerde. De route naar het huisje is wel uitdagend, maar het helemaal waard :)

Pasemos unos días muy tranquilos, la combinación de montaña y a la vez la playa cerca es ideal. La casita igual que en las imágenes, con piscina privada. El anfitrión David muy atento, dado que por la tormenta se nos fue la luz y se preocupó en venir personalmente a solucionarlo. Si tuviéramos que ir por la zona sería muy buena opción, para repetir :)

Es exactamente como en las fotos, aunque ponga que es una casa antigua esta súper bien, nos sentimos como en casa, en parte también porque tuvimos una buena comunicación y fueron muy serviciales. No encontramos ningún problema. Además la zona está súper bien hay restaurantes, las playas son súper bonitas y mucho más. Sin duda lo recomendamos 100%.

Hemos pasado una semana en el apartamento de Tina, casa Leslie, y ha sido increíble. Tranquilidad y cercanía a la playa, con unas vistas de la herradura preciosas. La comunicación con Tina fue excelente y nos informo de todo sobre la casa y lugares cercanos. Recomendamos este sitio, por lo agradable y bonito del apartamento y sus vistas. Wir waren auf der Suche nach Erholung und der Möglichkeit, bei Bedarf, etwas zu unternehmen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an der Strandpromenade mit vielen guten Restaurants und in der Umgebung gibt es genügend zu entdecken. Die Wege nach Malaga und Grenada sind für Tagesausflüge gut zu meistern. Der Ausblick von den Terrassen ist absolut spektakulär. Das entschädigt für die manchmal abenteuerliche Straßenführung… etwas Fahrpraxis kann als Grundlage nicht schaden. Vielen Dank… wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und gut erholt. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und es gab schnell eine Antwort.

We had a very nice time staying in Robbie’s apartment. We especially loved the location right in front of the sea and that it was very close to the restaurants and cafes in La Herradura. It was also very nice to have a small treat and drinks package ready for us when we arrived. Thank you to Robbie for a great stay.

This is such a beautiful and quiet apartment. We felt right at peace as soon as we arrived. Beautiful vistas, easy access to the pool, very clean and well equipped apartment. Highly recommended.

Yolanda’s apartment was perfect. It is in a beautiful Bay opposite the beach with a huge Bay view. Yolanda was very helpful messaging in English as we didn’t speak Spanish. The bed was very comfortable. The outside space and table perfect for eating out with perfect views of the beach and Bay. It was very clean. Yolanda was very helpful and showed us in and always responded to our messages. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to her apartment.

Mandy et Markus sont des hôtes simples, sincères et profondément humains. Leur accueil chaleureux et naturel vous met tout de suite à l’aise, comme à la maison. Ils ont mis tout leur cœur dans ce lieu, en pensant chaque détail pour que l’on s’y sente bien, en toute simplicité. On y est accueilli avec générosité, et les extérieurs, bien pensés, offrent de vrais moments de calme et de partage en famille ou entre amis. Le logement est beau, confortable et parfaitement équipé pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Tout est fait pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Et la vue… elle est tout simplement magnifique, peu importe où l’on se trouve : un vrai bol d’air pur pour les yeux et l’esprit.

l'appartamento di Elena affaccia sul lungomare di Almunecar. la vista dalla terrazza è splendida ed è impagabile cenare o solo bere un buon bicchiere di vino con una vista così. la casa è completa di tutto e la piscina a disposizione nell'edificio è davvero qualcosa di speciale. Elena e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno accolto di persona. consiglio a tutti di venire qui

Hermoso sitio, el lugar muy bien ubicado en primera linea de playa, muy comodo, limpio y bien iluminado, tal cual las fotos y la descripcion. Marian es una excelente host, siempre dispuesta a responder dudas, facil checkin y flexibilidad. Volveremos sin duda. Super recomendable

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in La Herradura. Het huis is fijn, het uitzicht fenomenaal en de omgeving schitterend! De wegen zijn wel stijl, dus voor boodschappen heb je echt een huurauto nodig.

Das Apartment war ganz genauso wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns natürlich der unvergleichliche Meerblick von der großen Terrasse. Wir konnten sogar an mehreren Tagen viele Delfine beobachten. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die tolle Ausstattung des Apartments, tolle Küche, Jacuzzi, Grill, und im Playroom, Sups, Strandstühle, Tennisschläger usw. Alles, was man im Urlaub braucht war vorhanden und alles in bester Qualität und mit tollen Instruktion und daher einfach zu bedienen, Die Kommunikation mit Fredrik und Camilla war perfekt, sie waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec ma fille. Le logement est tout à fait conforme aux descriptions. La vue sur la mer et le coucher du soleil est à tomber. La rue piétonne peut être bruyante le soir. Mais l’appartement est très agréable et calme pour dormir. La promiscuité de la plage est rare. Nous en avons bien profité!

El apartamento estupendo. El trato del Anfitrión maravilloso. Muy detallistas y estuvimos muy a gusto.

Martin y Lena tienen una casa preciosa, con todos los detalles posibles. La terraza espectacular con vistas preciosas. Dejan todas las instrucciones muy claras y aportan recomendaciones interesantes. La zona es muy tranquila pero es cierto que es en una montaña y es necesario coger el coche para ir a la playa, comprar o tomar algo. Eso sí, había aparcamiento sin problema en la misma calle.

Hemos tenido una gran experiencia en la casa de Jane y John, destacar que cuenta con todo tipo de utensilios para hacer más cómoda la estancia (sillas de playa, toallas, detalle de bienvenida para cenar y desayunar el primer día, juegos de mesa… todo lo que se pueda necesitar!) además la casa es preciosa y está perfectamente decorada, volveremos seguro :)

Tohle ubytování byl opravdu zážitek. Manuel je opravdu skvělý a spolehlivý hostitel. Byt se nachází na dobrém místě. Velice nás potěšil gril na terase. Tohle ubytování mohu jen doporučit.
