Emmanuelle was so helpful and lovely, apartment was very well situated and had everything we needed. Any messages that I had sent, she was very quick at responding and provided us great recommendations for our trip in Nantes. Would highly recommend staying with Emmanuelle!

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Quiet location, very well-maintained apartment and with all the amenities available (washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.). The decor is cozy, you feel at home. In addition to the nice touches from the owners (brioche, fruit juice, homemade jam and homemade cookies) we enjoyed these welcoming gestures as well as the kindness and smile of the owners. We had a very cute little flower garden with the singing of a few chickens. We will keep the address carefully if we return to the area because it is 5 or 10 minutes from Puy du Fou which is very nice.

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is as described and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we enjoyed the silence and tried to preserve it.

A beautiful house with a pleasant and well appointed garden area. The environment is very quiet in the heart of the countryside. The house is very welcoming, spacious and tastefully decorated. This listing's location allows you to discover and visit Nantes and its surroundings in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both household appliances and outing ideas was very helpful to us. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) made available to us for breakfast.
