"Villa Coco" is a beautiful renovated 200 m² stone house dating from 1800, located in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, 30 minutes from La Rochelle and the beaches, 25 minutes from Niort, 1 hour 10 minutes from Futuroscope and 1 hour 30 minutes from Puy du Fou. It can accommodate 12 people. There is a large garden, a heated swimming pool that gets sun all day, a petanque court and shaded areas.

Studio in a new single-story family house. The accommodation consists of 3 separate rooms for a total area of 26 m².
