Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Grande-Motte

Small cozy studio very clean with all the necessary amenities. Located at the back of the hosts' home which was a plus for us because we like to be quiet and secluded. The center of Marseillan-Plage is a 5-minute drive with its center and port. It is a beautiful place that I highly recommend. 🤩 Béziers is a 30-minute drive away with its new halls and is also a place to visit. Sandrine is very nice and responds very quickly. I highly recommend it. 👌🏼

We spent 1 week in the accommodation and frankly everything was perfect, very well maintained house, frankly I highly recommend the accommodation you will not be disappointed, we will gladly come back😀 We were able to meet the owners Loic and his wife but also Ingrid who were great from start to finish, frankly, what kindness.

We had a great time at this peaceful retreat. Patrick, who lives next door, is an outstanding host, very friendly and loves to share. The place is a warm and bright house. It has all the comforts you can expect. It is located in nature, in a very peaceful place. We enjoyed a little freshness during this scorching period. We would have liked to have stayed longer to share a second game of pétanque with Patrick or to be able to cuddle one of his many cats again.

Very simple, clear and responsive contact with Samuel. Very faithful listing. Very well-equipped apartment in a secure residence as well equipped. It's very easy to park the car near the property. We did a very nice little stop there which gave us time to enjoy the slightly cold outdoor pool and the very nice indoor pool. A great plan. Thanks to Samuel and Ingrid.

Great location, seeing the sun rise from your bed is priceless. Thierry and Sophie welcomed us very warmly and do everything they could to make you have a pleasant stay without worries. Everything is available for a great stay.

I would definitely recommend Enguerran's place. Enguerran is super welcoming and considerate. The apartment is spacious, clean and well organized. We are quiet while being a few minutes walk from shops (en primeur, butcher, hairdresser, bakery, restaurant). For bike lovers: many walks to do from the apartment: Espiguette beach 10-20 min by bike. Thanks again Enguerran for hosting us. Looking forward to returning kind regards

Very nice stay in BOUILLARGUES. Audrey was very responsive to our request and any questions we had. She gave us a great welcome . She went above and beyond to facilitate our arrival and installation. Everything was provided to make great breakfasts. The cottage is very clean, functional, well equipped and tidy. Linen and towels are provided in sufficient quantity. The beds are made. Everything is planned to make us have a great stay and feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet. Parking is in front of the cottage, on a quiet street. The plus, a large terrace for meals outside. We'll be happy to come back for a future stay in this beautiful region.

Our stay went great. The accommodation is very well furnished very pleasant because very quiet, the small terrace well appointed and also very pleasant. You have the bed is that the sofa was very comfortable, no complaints and as for the amenities there was absolutely everything we needed when we come back to the area, we will be where to go now 😃

Listing as described. Excellent location, terrace overlooking the Port Ariane de LATTES (marina). Frédérique is a host who knows how to welcome with breakfast available for the first day and other treats in the refrigerator. Don't bring your coffee or tea, she thought of it before you arrived. And if you happen to forget your toothbrush, no worries. I had a perfect 6 days. Thanks.

Laurence's apartment is truly cozy, perfectly located just at Maison Carreé, comfortable for up to 6 persons. The terrace is enjoyable. The kitchen is also fully equipped. We haven't met Laurence in person, but she communicated swiftly, check- in and out was very easy and our stay was all good. I wouldn't choose this apartment for anyone with physical disabilities/limitations as the access is possible only through a relatively narrow and steep stairway. Also it could be challenging to guarantee safety when staying with little children (stairs, terrace, large windows). But for anyone else seeking for a great accommodation in the heart of Nîmes, Laurence's apartment is a hot tip 😉, I can only recommend.

We stayed in this apartment for a few days for a bachelorette party and the bride-to-be was very happy with our choice! Numerous beds available and no one had to sleep in the living room as is often the case. Great for a group stay.

A pleasant, thoughtfully decorated flat, which immediately gave me a feeling of "coming home". Sweet little balcony from where you can enjoy the setting sun. A direct exit to the beach, where you can enjoy hiking or sunbathing. The harbor with its cozy restaurants is only a 5-minute walk away. Both at the entrance of the building and inside the building is good lighting, allowing you to enter quickly and with a safe feeling with the automatic key. I experienced the lovely sturdy mattress as very pleasant and had a great night's sleep. If it's not too busy, you can park for free at the "notary" a little further up the road. In short, it is recommended...

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Amélie physically but very good communication by message. It was her mom who welcomed us, a charming and kind person. The listing was clean and as described. We were able to enjoy a well-located accommodation in a peaceful and pleasant environment. Parking spaces located near the property. Amélie is accommodating and offers good advice. A very nice little apartment, great location for eating in town and bathing in a few minutes and with a balcony for very cool breakfast

Great place, lovely views, excellent kitchen. Nice bathroom (note to Americans- bring your own soap) comfortable beds. The only change I would make if I owned this place is more comfortable seating in the living room. The sofa is hard and the two other chairs are not for lounging and not comfortable . For just 2 of us it was fine. Two couples would find the seating a problem. But we had a great stay with easy access to Montpellier and villages around.

The accommodation, located on the 4th floor (with elevator) was very good, clean and warm. The little extras are the terraces. The views are great. There is also private parking that allows you to leave your vehicle parked without any problems. Arnaud was a very responsive host. We are delighted with our stay.

Maisonette with private terrace very pleasant and well laid out. Secure condominium and not far from the beach and canal. Clean, maintained interior. Beautiful discovery of the places and very pleasant host! I'll do it again without hesitating!
