We received detailed check-in instructions in good time and were able to enter the apartment without any problems. Communication was very helpful & friendly. The equipment was very good, including all necessary cooking utensils and even sand toys for the children. The location was superb, a residential building right on the harbor. From the living room window you had a beautiful view of the harbor. A bedroom window faced a quiet side street and another faced the house. The only small drawback was sometimes odors in the house (and with the window open also in the inner bedroom), but the landlord can't do anything about that. Overall a recommended accommodation - thank you so much!

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. Great location. Consuelo was always reachable for us. We were even able to extend one night at short notice and that was completely problem-free. We would choose this place again.

Had a lovely stay at Catherine’s cute studio. She was warm, responsive and made everything easy, while her boyfriend Cyran shared superb hiking tips. The place is spotless, well-laid-out and opens onto a peaceful little garden. The setting is beautiful and quiet, with a tiny grocery and bar-café on the nearby plaza. A car helps, but you can still reach the small, sometimes-rough beach on foot—don’t expect a long sandy stretch like Tenerife, think intimate cove. Perfect hideaway for nature lovers; I’d happily return.

It's been a great stay. Communication with Elisabeth was great and very clear. The apartment is very cozy and lacks nothing. It has infinity of details. In addition, the location is excellent. I hope to be back on vacation there soon!

The accommodation is magnificent, with a swimming pool and next to the beach. Super clean, super nice, comfortable, cozy, with air conditioning. The truth is that the host is very nice, helpful and we had very good communication at all times. It was a great experience to stay here. 100% recommended, without a doubt. Very friendly, beautiful and quiet. For me it was perfect to rent an ebike, so that it was accessible. I enjoyed the calm there. Perfect conditions if you come here to rest and withdraw you from Valle and still have it very accessible.

The apartment is above the town and although there is a bit of a hill to walk up, the views of the town and bay are brilliant and well worth the effort. Plenty to see and do in San Sebastian and great eating possibilities.

The location is simply unbeatable; it’s situated close to beautiful beaches, local shops, and fantastic restaurants. I loved being able to explore the vibrant surroundings and then return to the peaceful comfort of the apartment. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and a lovely balcony with stunning views. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the island. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. We stayed 50 days at Darya's apartment and I must say that i was an amazing experience. Apartment has a wonderful ocean view from a nice and cosy terrace. It was spacious enough to perfectly fit parents with 2 small children. Communication with Darya was smooth and she was always very helpful. We had everything we needed. Location with a close distance to kindergarten, gym and supermarket is a huge plus.

This apartment is exactly what we wanted with eye catching views, comfort and little touches to make you feel right at home. The wine, cakes and fruit were a lovely welcome. Friendly and warm communication from Carmen and Tamara was perfect support in the background. One thing I would say about Los Gigantes is that a hire car is essential if you need to get out and about. However the challenge of exploring on foot suited us. Charlies Bistro and KV Gourmet Bistro was top of our list - booking essential to avoid dissapointment.

We had an amazing stay here! Perfect location right near public transportation and Alexandra was very helpful with check in/check out and anything we needed. We especially loved the balcony and walkable beach location.

When we forgot the key, he took care of it very quickly and kindly, many thanks to the mom who came extra quickly with a replacement. Jose is a great host! The bay is tranquil and familiar, nice café good restaurant. The apartment is in tip-top condition, well equipped, modern. Lots of towels, very good mattress and pleasant bed linens. The kitchen has all the amenities you need and a large counter to prepare food and where you can also sit nicely. The view of the bay is great and the sun sets behind the rock. There is plenty of parking and also a regular bus to the Icod bus station from where you can reach and explore the whole island We would love to come back!! 👍🥰💯

Absolutely loved my stay here, we decided to stay an extra couple of days! Really safe secluded quiet space with plenty of privacy. The host, Tomas, and co-host Wolfie, were very kind and responsive. Only thing that was that the pool is not heated so we were unable to swim and make the most of that area. Otherwise, great!

Excellent location from strategic points: supermarkets, not far from the beach, restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for the kitchen and for relaxation. A magnificent terrace for relaxing in the heat! This is the most important point for us. It is easy to communicate with Ana and she is always ready to help. The TV is large, but we almost did not watch it. I will definitely come back if possible).

When we arrived at the apartment, Fabio was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. The apartment was lovely and bright with a great terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with promptly by Fabio. He speaks very good English and responds quickly to text messages. When leaving, Fabio arranged our taxi for us and also allowed us leave our luggage in the apartment until it was time to go (evening flight). The apartment was well equipped with everything one needs in the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, etc. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again. Thanks Fabio for all your help.

Nice, confortable appartement, with beautiful view from the terrasse. terrasse is a big advantage - specious, well equipped and sunny also in winter time! Jacuzzi is certainly a big plus. Walking distance to city center, shops (at the corner), good restaurants and beaches. With a very friendly and carrying host, it feels like at home. To recommend, specially for families with teens, like ours!

We recently stayed in this apartment and were delighted with every aspect of our stay. The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing environment. The balcony with its stunning view was a particular highlight, perfect for morning coffees or evening relaxation. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. The parking in front of the apartment was very convenient, and the hosts were exceptional with their quick responses and helpfulness. Their hospitality truly enhanced our positive experience. The resort where the apartment is located also offers fantastic amenities. The pool was well-maintained and a great place to unwind, while the bar provided excellent food and drinks.

We had lovely stay at this very modern and stylish accommodation. Beautiful views from the very private outdoor area which became a sun trap from 10am until sunset. Very well equipped kitchen, nice modern bathroom with fantastic shower. Had some lovey walks into Los Gigantes and along the coastal path to Alcalá. Great supermarket just down the road and many great restaurants also practically on the doorstep. Thanks to Migle for her quick responses and clear instructions for finding the apartment. Would not hesitate to book here again.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful and pleasant apartment. Ideal with small children, because terrace completely enclosed. Beautiful ocean, mountains and barranco views. Terrace is really more than worth it, with different places and seating to relax: balibed where you can watch the stars, beautiful garden table with chairs to eat, sitting area for aperitifs, 2 separate sunbeds, and the jacuzzi! also thanks to Ana-Maria and the technician to make the stairs inside kid-proof. Excellent communication and helpfulness of Ana-Maria!👌
