The accommodation was exactly as described and they adhered to my special request for strong perfume smells to be avoided and it was very much appreciated. I would return without hesitation and I recommend it for a single person or couple because it's small but very functional.

This was our second time at Benoit’s place and it was great again! Love the terrace with a view. This time we even got to watch seagull chicks on the adjacent rooftop. Close walk to Nice-Ville train station and tram. Market, bakery, restaurants & shops also within walking distance. The artistic chocolate shop a few blocks away is a must see. Benoit is prompt to respond and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this apartment. We stayed 4 nights in April with a baby and had a cot and high chair provided. Location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, about 20 mins to the beach. The only minor negative was no automatic self check-in instructions so we had to message the host and wait for her response to enter.

The place was at a great spot in down town Nice. It was right on one of the main streets, but the room itself you couldn’t hear any of the noises from outside. Place was also five minutes walk from the main train station and about a 15 minute walk from all the beaches in Nice so it was perfect.

I was happy to be able to book again Francois studio. Nice place in a desirable neighborhood in city center. Clean, bright and well maintained.

What a joy this weekend for lovers away from everyday life...! A bubble of pure happiness in a Zenitude paradise. Quiet, zen, close to everything on foot, just perfect accommodation ☺️ The pool and garden are sublime, the jacuzzi so great after long walks. Thank you Olivier for this wonderful timeless weekend, for your kindness, availability, advice. Needless to say, we'll be back ☺️

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

I booked Nathalie's place for my guys away and it was a great experience!!!! Apart from the beauty and comfort of the apartment, but in general, the entire resort. Nathalie is an amazing host, always available, ready to answer any questions or requests. He is friendly, polite, precise and super friendly and welcoming. I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

The communication with Olivier was very nice. Questions are answered quickly. Arrival and departure were picked up by Christelle on site. She communicates clearly and kindly and takes the time for you. The view from the accommodation is great and there are a lot of products in the cabinets. (Tea, salt, herbal oil and other cooking necessities) There is a supermarket and several restaurants in the park itself. Everything at walking distance. Also the pools are lovely. We have had a nice time!

Great value for money. For a couple, this studio is perfect, we were able to enjoy the terrace for an aperitif. Access to a washing machine was very useful. Everything was perfect, both the hospitality and the accommodation. Thanks

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

A really well located accommodation in a beautiful quiet residential area, and yet only a 5-minute walk to the beaches. Quick access to the center/port of Sainte-Maxime. The pool area is superb and the private and secure parking space is very convenient. The studio with its 2 terraces has everything you need and was spotless. Finally, Catia is very nice while remaining discreet. I would recommend it!
