Vacation rentals with a fireplace in La Garde-Freinet

Friendly stay and friendly and accommodating host for our arrival, very nice house.

We, a family with two teenagers, spent two weeks at Basile's holiday home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well-equipped and very bright, with a view of the surrounding nature from the living room. Wonderful! When it's cool, like spring at home, it's very nice to light the wood burning stove. The surroundings have a lot to offer: There are pretty small towns, the towns of the French Riviera, as well as much more. It's absolutely necessary to take a walk to the Bories du Verdon, it's very impressive! It's like the Grand Canyon. Basile is very helpful and friendly, and answer any questions immediately. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend the holiday home unreservedly. Wonderful!

Great stay with friends, the house is better than in the photos. Very nice place to spend a weekend or a quiet holiday in an environment full of greenery. Do it again without hesitation.

Stayed for a week at Ann's country house and enjoyed every minute. From the welcoming host over the wintery provencal garden, from the perfectly fitted kitchen to the very comfortable beds over the great view from the bedroom window to the pomelos, terrace and pool in the garden. While it is a little difficult to find (stick to the instructions and you'll find it), once you've closed the gate, you're in your own private Southern France universe with olive trees and French terrace doors. We loved everything and very much appreciated that the host entrusted us with kitchen appliances, many elegant lamps to be placed where you need them, enough cutlery and China, coffee, tea, some drinks and chips. Very welcoming. The house is large, offering its guests enough room for privacy as well as place to celebrate togetherness. I liked the closet upstairs with enough space for my wardrobe. The bathroom divider is very special. The house is perfect for 5, two couples +1/ family with 3 kids.

Our vacation went wonderfully well thanks to Vianney's good welcome in addition to our dog was accepted with pleasure ( the land is very well fenced ) We recommend this host

Very beautiful, authentic, well-maintained house. Great view and responsive host very available. We had a lovely stay. The fact that the third bedroom double bed is on the mezzanine of the living room deserves to be described a little better on the listing we hadn't noticed right away.

Sweet little cottage. Very well located on a vineyard that produces excellent rosé wines. The house, especially the kitchen, is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. We cooked every night. The seating in front of the house is very comfortable. We found the path to the beach through the great scenery particularly impressive. The beach itself is beautiful. Many thanks to Alain for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back.

We highly recommend the apartment offered by Gaelle and Alban, both for the property itself and for the responsiveness and kindness of its hosts. The best part... drinking coffee in bed facing the sea and the sunrise! Fabulous!

Beautiful apartment, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Large rooms, plenty of storage. Private parking is available near the accommodation (500 m). We parked on the sidewalk to unload and then went to park the car in the parking lot.

A proper home. Wonderful, spacious apartment. Beautiful shutters that allowed a cool through breeze. Great location. Quiet. Comfortable beds! And a very thoughtful and generous host. So lovely, she left a delicious bag of baby cakes for our toddler upon arrival, alongside milk, butter, bread and other goodies.

The apartment is a real gem. Position in the central street of Vallauris with parking just next door. Shops nearby. Vesta is a very responsive host.

We had a pleasant stay,Cedric is a great person, as soon as we needed something he reacted right away. Very quick beach access on foot We would recommend this listing.

This is our second stay at Christophe's and, again, we are very satisfied. Everything was perfect and the stay was really nice. The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with everything, just a 10/15-minute walk from the center/Croisette and the SNCF train station (trains to Antibes). Juan-les-Pins, Nice, Grasse, etc.). The small garden is nice and the private parking is very helpful. Christophe is very responsive, available and welcoming. We greatly appreciated the welcome touches (juice, water, tea, coffee, tapenade, etc.) A place that we would highly recommend and where we will gladly return.

Ideal location v close to village and well presented /equipped. It was perfect for our short stay as easy to find / park / quick access to village of Bargemon with shop/ cafe / boulangerie . Daniel was very responsive and glad he was English speaking as my French is bit rusty !

The accommodation matched the description exactly. A very warm house with furniture and decoration. Very nice place despite being in November. Overall we had a nice stay.

The place is even prettier than the photo. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen functional. The gardens are well maintained, the views are superb. We were able to play pétanque on a field downstairs in the sun ☀️ the pool has 29 degrees was a plus, and the sauna too! The place is quiet, Nadia was very helpful! We recommend this place for a family time

I booked the villa for a vacation with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived because the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times better than what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING you need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb but these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage space. The villa is very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on every floor are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space are just perfect! The outdoor bar totally won us over and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong… A big thank you for this wonderful stay! Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

I booked this place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house has an exceptional location with a sensational view of the bay of Saint Maxime. A car is absolutely necessary. About, 10 minutes to the sea. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in. All was perfectly prepared. ( Baby cot + high chair ) We immediately felt at home. In the house, there is enough space to cook and eat in the open living/kitchen area with 8 people. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The outdoor area is also awesome. Several levels to linger. Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even a boule area at the bottom of the property is available. Thank you Stephane for the wonderful holiday week. Frank & family

Beautiful house located on the heights of Agay in a dream environment: cork oaks, eucalyptus, bay trees etc. Nice pool very nice during the heatwave!!! Very comfortable accommodation for 6 people, well-equipped kitchen, large fridge. Caution! No air conditioning! Walking distance to Agay Beach in 15/20 minutes. Very good communication with Alexandre. We had a great week.

Agathe was very helpful throughout our stay. She was responsive when we had minor problems, and in general very helpful. She also helped out when it turned out that our initial booking could not be done due to last minute changes.
