Nice very functional house for a stay of 9 with children and a baby. We did not meet the owners but they remained available to respond to us. We had a very pleasant stay in this house. I would recommend it in a second.

What to say about our host Richard and his dead wood cottages... topissime!! everything is done for a pleasant stay in the countryside, with great culinary services offered by Richard. a beautiful very well exposed pool that overlooks the cottages. a "so britisch" euh non "scotisch":) we recommend this Airbnb 200% a big hug in Charly 😺

We had a great time at Alexandra and Nicolas's place who know how to receive in a very friendly way and share their passion for animals. The cottage is very clean and welcoming, in a quiet environment, conducive to rest and surrounded by animals, all more endearing than each other.

We had a perfect stay at Aurelien's. Super welcoming host, impeccable accommodation. To be repeated when the weather is more demanding, to enjoy the outdoors, garden furniture, barbecue and swimming pool. Thank you for the farm visit and the opportunity to eat fresh eggs. beautiful house, clean and spacious. In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook quietly and there is enough cutlery and plates for everyone. the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. A great cottage, very exotic. Very well thought out for young and old. Friendly animals that made my children happy as well as the tire swing that was constantly being used. As far as the accommodation is concerned, absolute calm so pleasant accompanied by the morning awakening of the birds. The bedding is impeccable and the decor is very soothing. Recommended. ;-)

Very good, I recommend it. Maybe a notice for the Velux shutters and repair the shutters that do not go down completely but otherwise everything was perfect :)

We had a great time for our family reunion. The house is welcoming summer and winter, it was very nice so we were in the square courtyard all grass. The house is full of surprises in terms of decoration and charm. A huge fireplace in one of the lounges is also perfect for winter evenings! And the children's playroom is great, especially the big costume closet and board game closet! Everything was perfect, we'll be back. Veronique

Well located place to access the Poitevin marsh, go to La Rochelle or go to the various surrounding parks (bird, animal or children's attraction). We had a lovely stay here. The location was beautiful and peaceful. We were kindly lent bikes to cycle to Puy de Fou and the pool was fantastic. Really lovely hosts who were always on hand to answer any questions and great communication prior to arrival. Highly recommend

Thank you both for hosting us, we had a great time during our 6 night stay.! The location is a rural retreat that is rich with nature. Our children (10 and 8) loved trying to catch the frogs around the lake, and the lizards that sunbathed on the paths. We saw toads, birds of prey, and dragonflies, and heard kingfishers and owls. The lake was magical, reminded me of the famous Redmire pool in the UK. Lots of carp showing on the surface. I had some memorable fishing sessions trying to outwit them! The pool was clean and safe with a shallow end. We all spent a lot of time in there on the hot days! Games room a fun edition, we enjoyed ping pong and darts. We didn't try golf but saw others playing. Accommodation was well equipped, especially the kitchen which even had a garlic press and full bbq utensils including wooden skewers. Shower nice and powerful. Everything spotlessly clean. We had a bbq most nights which was provided on the patio. We would recommend!

We had a great time at Edith's who is a very welcoming host. The house is very spacious, bright and well equipped. An ideal location, close to Puy du Fou, we were there with family, the children had time to enjoy the beautiful secure garden. A perfect stay.
