El alojamiento es tal y como se anuncia no le hace falta nada , todo esta bien , el apartamento es cómodo y seguro y esta cerca del centro , tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodo , lo recomiendo!!

Maravilloso condominio, muy tranquilo, espacioso y personas muy amables, sin duda regresaría, las expectativas eran buenas sin embargo al llegar fueron excelentes, estoy sorprendido de lo bonito y tranquilo que es el lugar, sin hablar de la limpieza que fue impecable. La anfitriona norma es súper amable y te guía de la mejor manera para comprender cada situación y recomendaciones para que sea la estancia más agradable. Estrella 5/5.

Perfect getaway for two, We stayed a couple days for my birthday and it was great. The property is private and staff are there 24/7 letting you in and out, you feel very safe. The view is pheunomenal, the price is such a great deal. The host is responsive and answers any concerns as soon as possible. Looking forward to coming back. Escapada perfecta para dos. I love this studio and will absolutely be back. I had the best sleep of my life with hearing the waves and the breeze because I chose to leave the windows open. The place was spotless and smelled so good! I was impressed with every detail, color scheme and linens. It’s in a very quiet and peaceful gated small community. We watched the ocean waves from bed for hours one day. I loved being a little outside the center of rosarito to be away from the noises and smells, but close enough to have quick access when I wanted. Also the Oxxo convenience store right outside the gate is amazing. There’s also a super market right there. You can walk to both. Communication was so clear we had no problem navigating our stay. Thank you for hosting and I’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time going on a family vacation(my husband, kid and I) we live the area, and the place was beautiful. Host was very quick at responding any questions. Love it !! Can’t wait to go back.

We loved staying here , is perfect for couples and families with older kids , we have a one year old and it was hard getting her to not climb the stairs or touch all the beautiful decorations, my 5 year old loved the place, we’ll be coming back when our daughter is a little older It was so clean and everything needed was accessible

Departamento amplio, moderno y bello, de muy buen gusto, tiene bastantes utensilios para cocinar hasta freidora de aire. Solo falto un portagarrafon para el agua . Esta muy céntrico, y la Atención de Eric es inmediata. El lugar es muy seguro, silencioso para un buen descanso , que para mi es muy importante , que no hay ruidos de los vecinos.

Buena ubicación, seguro y tranquilo. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita. Buena vista desde la terraza y a unos minutos caminando al mirador.

Spent a much needed relaxing weekend in Gaviotas. Brenden's place is exactly as described. A very cute studio for two. Clean, close to the water and the pool. Bed was very comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay here the security team was super helpful They checked me in promptly when I arrived at the apartment it was clean spacious and comfy The view was amazing and the location of the unit is ideal walking distance to all the essentials needed. We had a great time, but I do feel like the cleaning crew rushed our room because when we arrived, the room was not done yet and in one of the rooms the bed sheets were still dirty but other than thatI do recommend this place 😊
