Monthly Rentals in La Factoria

This is our third year staying at Edwin’s place at the oasis. We really like the location, the pool and the tropical surroundings. Do not hesitate to book Edwin’s apartment. It is perfect for two people. He provides portable chairs to take to the beach which cuts done on the cost of renting lounge chairs. A very nice touch. A shout out to Dan who helps get bottles of water and any other problem that might arise. He keeps the grounds immaculate. We look forward to him every year. There are many new restaurants within walking distance this year as well. Enjoy!

This is a hidden gem in Las Terrenas. The residence is clean, quiet, 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Delicious on site restaurant and very walkable all around town. Excellent and More Excellent. Thanks Robson and staff.

A really beautiful and comfortable place. The Hosts were always attentive to us and never a day went by without them responding to our messages instantly. I would definitely come back again in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Very nice place, the view is really incredible and the hot tub is a real plus! Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.
