Great place right in front of the beach. You will enjoy a beautiful sunrise and the warm water of the beach. Since this place is right next to the beach, people can congregate in front of the building, and be a little bit loud to not fault of the property owner. Regardless this place is an awesome and safe place to stay. I loved it and I would stay there again.

It is an excellent accommodation. however, I think I recommend it more for those who arrive with their own car, as otherwise, you have to be calling the taxi service and is, in addition to tardado, expensive. The house is very nice and cozy. I was with a baby and a -5-year-old and everything was very conditioned for both. Lupita always very friendly, shared with us the local taxi site phone and in general, very willing with us.

It is a paradise, the apartment is very comfortable with everything from the first level, Tere is always attentive to our needs, since we arrived at the airport I help us with the transfer... I was with 2 children and 2 elderly people and there are golf carts that help you move to the beach or restaurants (even though the distances are not very long), there are 2 restaurants where delicious and room service is eaten, the beach is only a few steps... so close that you can hear the waves of the sea while you sleep, it is a wonder, we will definitely come back!!!!

Comfortable apartment in Huatulco

The stay was for two days, we were 3 adults and 1 one-year-old baby. The place is very clean and tidy, just as the description says. The hosts were very attentive, arriving in Huatulco we easily found the location. It had space to park our car, it was 3 to 5 minutes from the main center. 10-15 minutes to the hotel zone. Personally, I was very satisfied with the price and quality of service. In addition, the hosts offer food service if needed.

Best sector to stay in long term. Many carnecerias, restaurants and fresh fruit and veg, local corner stores, frequent local bus service to Santa Cruz beach La Crucecita, and Santa Maria. Walking distance to ADO if you need to get out of town to the city and Soriana next door is 15 min. walk. Super walkable area and very safe at night. I would stay here again for a few months.

The place is very nice, comfortable and above all super clean. It is in a strategic point because it has everything close by: beaches, downtown, supermarket. A place I would definitely come back to.

The place is located great for us. The main beach is just a minute's walk. Nice taco and breakfast places on the first floor and close to the building. Very close to everything by walking, you can hike to different locations including some other beaches and downtown to La Crusesita. The taxi station is just on the corner. Could be a little bit noisy in the evenings but for us, it wasn't a problem and around 11/30 p.m. it's gone.

This is a super cute little beach shack with a great view. It’s in a great location, very close to the best restaurants in town and around 20 mins walk to the beach. Because you are up the hill you also get a lovely breeze flowing through the windows! It’s really great for the price. We upgraded to a bigger room next door because we loved the spot so much :)
