very good everything good area close to quiet bahias..unique but it is that every 40 min a truck with music at full volume and noise and it costs to rest a little..

Everything was just as described and we had an outstanding stay. All amenities were exactly as described and the pictures don’t begin to do it justice. Water pressure was great and individual room temperature controls were a plus. The property is so serene and kept in excellent condition by an amazing helpful staff. The pools and private access to Playa Arrocito were beautiful and definitely kid friendly as long as you respect Mother Nature. Be sure to ask for Melany and her mom at the beach restaurant. Aviel made sure we had clear instructions for a late night check in and was always responsive. We would definitely love to be back soon.

We loved it!! It's the second time in Huatulco and the first with Angelica, the truth is that it's very easy to get to, access and it's 3 blocks from the center of Crucecita. A grocery store nearby and places to eat too. The market, center and Crucecita taxi rank are very accessible. Angelica provided us with all the information we needed for our visit. The comfortable rooms each with their own air conditioning, the kitchen with everything we needed for our days and we had the use of the excellent pool since it was very uncrowded. It would definitely be a place we would choose again 🙌🏼

A very comfortable, cool, and well-equipped place

Excellent facilities, I would have loved to spend more time there, but we came to spend time on the beach then I feel that we did not take advantage of the property , however that does not demerit you how beautiful and comfortable it is, if the trip had been with another planning and the longer time it would have been more profitable for us. Take into account that you have to read the waste separation regulations and ask about electricity consumption.

An excellent place to stay, it is very clean and very cozy, it is not so close to the beaches but if you bring a car it is an excellent option to stay, in addition Bere was always very attentive with us, 10 out of 10 in all aspects

A comfortable, clean place, good location. I was surprised how well they took care of all the details, there were beach towels, iron, washing machine, wifi and even a bathrobe to get out of the shower. I highly recommend it, everything was better than I imagined.

From days before our arrival, Jorge gave us useful information and several options for arriving at his accommodation. He also described in detail the location of the apartment, which was easy to find. The place was nice and cozy, we had amenities, utensils, recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area, in addition to this the place is quite central, around the corner you have a supermarket and places to eat, from restaurants to street stalls, all very tasty. Arriving at the airport, we gave the destination street to a taxi driver and he knew exactly where we were going. It is a place apparently known by the tenants and this makes it easier to arrive. In addition, walking less than 500m you have the Chahue beach, Santa Cruz beach and the center less than 1.5km away, which is comfortable walking and appreciating the distant views or the tourist corridor itself. It is a place that I highly recommend in every way.

This is the second time I've stayed here, I like the area, it's quite quiet, the accommodation matches the photos and description, the most important thing for me is that it's Pet Friendly and the internet is high speed, which allows me to work. I thank the host for the flexibility and for being available during my stay.

Beautiful place. Very clean and tidy. It is as described. Both the apartment and the common areas are very nice. Equipped with everything you need. The only uncomfortable thing would be the bus with music that constantly passes by at night until approximately midnight, but it is something that is beyond the control of the building. Parking is on the street but we didn't struggle at all to find a place to park. We hope to return!!

Nice place and well located , but it lacks modernization , the TVs were obsolete they did not connect to wifi and could not even be used for YouTube consider that if they are one of those who like to watch digital platforms I just TV at some point of the day, the air conditioning is very noisy, the equipment is old and it is uncomfortable to sleep with the noise but if it is turned off and you can sleep in the heat , consider it, everything else is excellent, very equipped kitchen if you can have a good stay even long ... just consider what has been written above

A fantastic Airbnb. The apartment is very spacious and quiet, it is very conveniently located and the truth is it is quite comfortable that each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning, this allowed us to have a very pleasant stay, even my little dog enjoyed it. The pool is also an amenity that we really enjoyed in the afternoons. In general, I highly recommend this apartment if you're traveling as a family, as everyone will have a space to enjoy.

Everything was perfect, the place was the rooms and everything in general I recommend it and I would book again without hesitation the space is extremely private which we were looking for excellent facilities with all the services that we needed a beautiful landscape from the very green terrace and very well cared for all its plants and vegetation very clean pool. We liked all my family a lot and they are located in a very good tourist point. We hope to go back and I would book with you only one detail was needed tiles on the floor and my baby scraped several times that she fell there but in the rest everything very complete and the check-in a little late but we only had to wait 1 hr to be able to enter the condominium because the rooms were not ready for cleaning but for while we could enjoy the pool and very kind deal with us too. It didn't happen at a point but the water left the water but that was the last day we didn't have water but everything else was excellent!

Great Area! The place is beautiful and well maintained, all the amenities worked great! Our Host Leonardo was kind and helpful.

You won't be disappointed! Spacious, nicely furnished and equipped condo in gated community. Fabulous views from living area and both bedrooms. Large comfortable balcony with spectacular views. With so many wonderful restaurants nearby, we did not cook but the kitchen had everything you would need. Community has a beach and multiple pools which are accessed via beautifully landscaped walkways. Huatulco is very spread out but you do not need a car. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. We called the security gate for taxis and they always came within minutes. The highlight of our trip was a private tour of the bays. We saw so many whales, dolphins and turtles. This captain (Santiago) will take you to as many beaches as you want - and let you stay for as long as you want. We learned about him through You tubers called something like Gringos are us. We had a wonderful stay at Constance's condo in Huatulco!

Claudia and Stefano are absolutely the best hosts; always available, helpful and responsive. We were here last winter(Feb/Mar)as their guests and couldn’t wait to come back‼️

Stellar beyond words. The Host's, Dan & Sonia, have done a remarkable job fashioning their property to insure a memorable stay. Immaculate, pristine, unblemished, and gleaming. Superior quality linens throughout, a quiet environment, and wonderful location. The on-property staff are very responsive, kind, and anxious to please. The helpful staff will summon a taxi, and we never waited for more than a handful of minutes; a short 40 pesos ride to most locations in La Crucecita and surrounding areas. We are anxious to return for a visit and look forward to enjoying this host's hospitality once again. As I read this review, I hope one of you don't book the condo for when we wish to return. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay, very conveniently located, we went for a walk to the beach, to nearby restaurants and we felt safe. We stayed on days when they were doing maintenance to the building and there was a bit of dust derived from that, but they warned us that they were going to be doing work in time. It was a very pleasant stay, to rest and get to know the surroundings of Huatulco.

My wife and I really enjoyed Sotovento. It is a little ways from town but the taxis were very prompt. The security at the gate was very helpful, we often would request a cab for a specific time 2-3 hours in advance and it was always there right on time. The place was amazing. Built in the place 4 years. The pictures are 100% accurate. Tracey’s son Kolten helped us with airport transportation, taxi contacts, he picked up groceries prior to our arrival , provided a few helpful tips and met us when we were leaving. Excellent service all around!
