great place to stay if you have a car, it felt like a hotel, the place has a restaurant that is excellent for breakfast, the pool is very clean, the place is super clean, I really loved it

If it's in your budget, don't hesitate, it's the best house. The view is unreal, the layout makes all the rooms have something special and it has the best of the Hotel Camino Real with the best of a private house.

Great location short walk to one of the beaches and very central with the Chedraui grocery store nearby. Very safe and central area easy to get around. Great to have a full kitchen for snacks and meals. Excellent hot water pressure in the shower.

We were very comfortable and the host was very friendly, and the area was very nice and in a good location

Everything's fine. The only thing I could say is that the air conditioning didn't cool it much. Other than that, everything was very good

The house seemed nicer to us than the photos, we had a very good time, the pool area is sensational. Miriam is the best host you could expect.

Jessica was great. She accommodated early check-in and was very responsive to questions. The pool was great, the location was great. Easy to get taxis. The restaurants in the complex were great. The only complaint we had was that there were not enough clean towels. That wasn’t the biggest deal by any means. I would highly recommend!!

Place was clean, fully furnished, washer and dryer available which was nice. Felt right at home, location is great, felt safe while staying there. Walkable places and close the beaches and food places.

Agustin’s Casa is in a very quiet area with a lovely pool. It is about a 40 minute walk to the centre of town, a 10-15 minute to the nearest beach and restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the main grocery store. All great walks and an inexpensive taxi ride home. Agustin is super friendly and was able to pick us up at the airport which was nice. He gave us a quick tour of the town centre and pointed out several restaurants that we might be interested in. He offered us good advice on what to do and helped us arrange a tour that we were interested in. It was a lot of fun having breakfast with him and his family, lots of great conversations and coffee. He did his best to find ways to accommodate our dietary requirements. Our separate accommodation was a loft suite with a good kitchen, and full sized fridge. It was clean and very well maintained. Using his wifi we were able to stream our Netflix over the TV. Very enjoyable stay and cannot wait to visit again! Made us feel like family.

Second year in a row, I stayed a month at Julian‘s Airbnb. I am already looking forward to next year. Julian is quickly responsive to any questions, and there is always a resident at the property. This includes Peña, the reliable caretaker. Peña is very friendly and does a superb job with the maintenance. The unit is within hiking distance of tropical lagoons, and a short taxi ride to all the beaches of Huatulco. The city center is 10 minutes by taxi. The neighborhood, Residencial Conejos, is beautiful and quiet. It is also gated. Good Value!
