Vincent's place is amazing! Very spacious, very clean and very well equipped. It is well situated being 10 minutes away from the metro and less than 5 minutes away from a large supermarket. Thank you Vincent for the hospitality.

This was great place and perfect area that is away from the noise and business of the city. Its close to the trains to the airport and into the city. Its a bit smaller than what the pictures show, but still a great space for two people. Joanna was great as well, very responsive and thoughtful in leaving information what to do where to eat and some local spots she enjoys. Very clean.

The place is very quiet, even I was in the early morning and feels safe. Pass a bus a few blocks from time to time, very punctual, that takes you to the metro station that moves you to the center of Paris. The accommodation is inside a private one. Zero noise at night, créanme. It has all the amenities described. Hot water, electricity, wifi work great, everything. With pleasure if I would book again if I traveled back to Paris. I enjoyed my stay at Nikola's place, the pictures matched the description and the apt was fully equipped with everything two ladies could need, with floor to ceiling mirror doors closet, I was able to cook and wash and dry my laundry before leaving. The towel warmer was a comfy feature and the rain drop shower head was great with excellent water pressure. Fully functional beautiful kitchen with all required utensils, pots, pans and oven. We were safe and security gate at front was always locked. The location was near great shops and walking distance metro station. Thanks for being a great, quick response host Nikola, looking forward to visiting Paris again and staying at your house only, way better than a hotel. I felt at home
