We had a wonderful time in Roquefort-les-Pins! The host family is incredibly warm, attentive and hardworking – you feel welcome and in good hands from the first moment. You rarely meet such enchanting people! The apartment is lovingly decorated, very neat and offers a lot of privacy. A place to feel good – almost like a second home. The location is perfect to explore the entire Côte d'Azur: whether charming villages like Valbonne or beaches in Antibes – everything is quickly accessible. An absolute insider tip for those seeking peace, hospitality and a great starting point for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

This place is perfect for a combination of activities in the area and tranquility with privacy. The apartment is located in the hinterland and can only be reached by a small serpentine road. In about 20 minutes, you're in Nice at the port. The description of the accommodation was great, we found it right away and were warmly welcomed by Laetitia. She and Clément were always available to us. The view from the apartment is fantastic. The layout and amenities are very modern and perfect for four. The small pool is refreshing and the jacuzzi wonderfully relaxing in the evening. We totally recommend the place. For us, it was just right and Laetitia and Clément are warm hosts, to whom their guests are important. We'd love to come back!

A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like we were staying with friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from the photos and even prettier) and it is very well-equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

We had a couple of nights at this very sweet property. Cabris is a very quaint and pretty village with amazing views. We went to Grasse and did a perfume workshop which was really good fun and came away with our unique perfume. Can’t fault the property would recommend.

Amazing place, we felt right at home from the very beginning. The location is great, overlooking the bay. The house is super equipped, one finds absolutely anything needed for a lovely stay. The pool is a great feature as well. Brandon is very friendly and provides all the needed information. The description was very accurate. Overall, an amazing stay, we highly recommend it.

Our stay with Roland and Nadine was truly wonderful. The key pickup via the lockbox was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The house is a dream come true. Nestled in a private, quiet residential area on a hill, it offers breathtaking views over the bay, all the way to St. Tropez. Waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches just minutes away. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable holiday on the Côte d’Azur. Roland and Nadine went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We visited Olivier for the second time and felt completely comfortable as a family of five. The villa is well maintained, clean and well equipped – from the kitchen to comfortable beds to bathrobes and terry towels. Olivier is a great host: always available, quick to respond and very friendly. The complex is beautifully and quietly located and immediately invites you to relax. Highlights for our children: the pool table, the hot tub and the basement with table tennis, table soccer, fitness equipment and more. Also practical are the washing machine, two showers and two toilets. Three restaurants (including 1 pizzeria) and a bakery are within walking distance. We thank Olivier for the wonderful time and highly recommend the accommodation – we'd love to come back any time!

Maryse was awesome - very friendly and communicative. The villa was also fantastic - clean, comfortable, beautiful and great views of the sea. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay for 6 people and dogs. Close to Nice/Monaco/Cannes/Grasse/Valbonne. Host was quick to respond to minor complaints. Umbrella and vacuum cleaner was broken, new ones brought next day! Good service and friendly. Wonderful garden and swimming pool. Air conditioning was also very welcome with high temperatures during our stay!

We would highly recommend this place for groups and families, it was spotless and impeccably presented and the views were stunning. The pool was perfect and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We loved Villefranche Sur Mer - loads of beautiful restaurants, walks and beaches and the house was ideally located to meet our needs for food and entertainment. Damien was a superb host, ensuring our needs were met before, during and after our visit, he was responsive and helpful. We'll likely return!

Magalie welcomed us very warmly and lovingly. The villa is in an absolute ingenious location with stunning views. The train traffic was not disruptive for us and thus also in a quiet place where we could enjoy it day and night. The villa is equipped with very modern equipment, lovingly and furnished with a very nice style. We felt at home from the beginning. The garden with bocce field and pool area was very clean, well maintained and provided with cool evening lighting. So if you want to enjoy relaxing and cozy house and pool holidays, this is absolutely the place to be. We can 100% recommend the villa.

A peaceful haven where the quality of the services, the originality of the decor and the smile and kindness of the staff are a real pleasure. We had chosen a lodge and we loved it, we opted for the private spa of the hotel and we never remember having enjoyed such a spacious spa, we dined on site and we enjoyed ourselves, we had breakfast on the terrace in the sun and everything was worthy of the most beautiful palaces, and we could enjoy the pool under beautiful sun and great blue sky, everything was perfect! Bravo and thank you to Jonathan that we met several times and who seemed to be attentive to everyone and inquire about the well-being of all, and a little nod to Maguy who put all his professionalism and smile at the service of the dinner to satisfy everyone when the room was full.
