Great location. Walk out the door to the beautiful azure blue sea. The coffee shop downstairs was very convenient with good food. The apartment matched the photos exactly. It was quiet and comfortable. Host met me upon arrival and walked me through everything. A good stay for the money.

Wirklich Stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Alles wie beschrieben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt beim persönlichen Check In & uns wurde alles gezeigt. Im Vorfeld eine gute und professionelle Kommunikation und Anweisung. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Unser Highlight war der Pool 🫶🏻 Absolut empfehlenswert. vielen lieben Dank für alles und alles Liebe.

Le logement était exactement tel que décrit et ils ont adhérer à ma demande spéciale pour les odeurs de parfum forts à éviter et ce fut très apprécié. Je retournerais sans hésiter et je recommande pour une personne seule ou un couple car petit mais très fonctionnel.

Highly recommend this apartment. We stayed 4 nights in April with a baby and had a cot and high chair provided. Location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, about 20 mins to the beach. The only minor negative was no automatic self check-in instructions so we had to message the host and wait for her response to enter.

We stayed for 4 nights in May 25 at Eva’s apartment. Everything was as described. Location was perfect with a short 20 minute walk to old town and the sea front. Supermarket close with all essential amenities Flat was clean and tidy We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice. Train was easy to use. Went to Monte Carlo, and Antibes which was beautiful. Missed out Cannes due to the Film festival

I really enjoyed staying in the heart of Nice at this apartment - it was perfectly appointed for a solo traveler or a cosy couple! The bathroom is very modernized - the kitchen, while small, has everything you would need to cook a full meal or just store and heat ready foods. I loved the location - it’s truly a stone’s throw from everywhere - you won’t even need a tram - you can just about walk everywhere, including the pristine blue Cote d’Azur beaches! Francois really went out of his way to make me feel at home and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We were welcomed by Geraldine who was very friendly, helpful and answered our questions. The apartment was spacious and the patio was nice for breakfast. The shops were close by and we enjoyed a great meal at a local restaurant. The tram stop around the corner is brilliant and was our gateway to many lovely days out using the trams and trains. Would love to come again.

Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

Bel appartement Dans un complexe sécurisé. Une superbe plage de sable fin à 5 minutes à pied. Deux lignes d'autobus aux passages fréquents aux coins des rues. Grande terrasse, une partie ensoleillée et ombragée. Le supermarché est dans le complexe, il a deux bonnes boulangeries à 5 minutes à pied. Antibes est situé au centre de la Côte d'azur, il y a des belles attractions des deux bords.

We spent a wonderful month at Isabelle’s place. She was so friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet her. She felt like an old friend by the end of the month. Her apartment was very clean and comfortable, bright, airy, cool with great breezes, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and obviously well-loved and cared for. Isabelle was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was there to meet us and say goodbye. The apartment was close to restaurants, shops and transport. We will definitely stay there again when we come back next year to see our daughter. I highly recommend this apartment.

Leopoldines Ferienwohnung liegt in einer außergewöhnlich schönen und architektonisch sehr ansprechenden Anlage – ein echtes Schmuckstück inmitten einer gepflegten Umgebung. Die Wohnung selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Da sich die Unterkunft innerhalb der Anlage befindet, ist mit regelmäßigem Durchfahrtsverkehr zu rechnen. Wer das weiß und sich darauf einstellen kann, findet hier einen charmanten Rückzugsort – wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und erinnern uns gerne daran zurück. Besonders das Meer und der wunderschöne Bereich dort waren für uns ein echtes Highlight.

Could not say enough good things about the apartment and the host. Solange is friendly, hospitable and has excellent communication. She showed me around the apartment and the grounds and allowed me to store my bags before check in and after check out. The apartment is a nice studio that doesn’t feel cramped. The pool is right next to the ocean so you can hear it while you relax but is private and not very busy. It’s the perfect place to stay. There is a grocery store right across the street as well, and an easy walk from the train station. I cannot wait to come back!

My husband and myself, along with 3 young adult children stayed at Anna's beautiful home for 7 days. With the home being 4 floors, we each had plenty of space for ourselves as well as common areas - kitchen, living, balcony to spend time together. The location was perfect - easily walkable to the train station and all the restaurants/shops in old town Antibes, as well as the beach! Easy access to other areas in the French Riviera by train (i.e. Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna's home and can't think of any amenity that was missing. Highly recommend, especially for families or larger groups!

We were a group of 8 people and had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house! Everything was clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures if not better. The house had everything we needed, and we felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The host was kind, helpful, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. It really made our stay even more special. Thank you so much for hosting us we’ll definitely keep this place in mind for the future!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Johanna. La maison est superbe. il ne manque de rien. La piscine est très agréable. Johanna a été très réactive lors d'un petit souci de lit d'appoint. Le problème a été vite résolu grâce à la gentillesse de ses voisins également. Merci à eux.

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre copines dans la villa de Florence. À notre arrivée, on a été agréablement surprises : le lieu est encore plus beau que sur les photos. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée, les lits sont confortables et la piscine est vraiment grande. Le jardin est sublime, superbement éclairé le soir pour une ambiance magique. Florence a été une hôte exceptionnelle : réactive, attentionnée, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. On s’est senties accueillies et accompagnées tout au long du séjour. Il faut simplement savoir qu’une voiture est indispensable, car la villa est un peu isolée. Mais c’est aussi ce qui fait tout son charme : calme absolu, nature, chant des oiseaux… une vraie parenthèse de sérénité. Tout est pensé pour passer un moment inoubliable. Merci encore à Florence

Wir waren als zwei Familien in der Unterkunft und es war perfekt. Jeder war zufrieden. Die Gastgeber sind super super nett gewesen und haben uns immer geholfen als wir etwas gebraucht haben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Für Kinder ist diese Unterkunft perfekt 🤩 Die Kinder hatten den ganzen Tag Spaß, entweder mit den Tieren, auf dem Spielplatz oder im Pool. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzliche Menschen ! Wir kommen definitiv wieder !!!
