Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison dans laquelle il est très agréable de cuisiner, nous avons particulièrement aimé la piscine et la nature environnante. Je pense que nous allons revenir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, allie charme et modernité grâce à ses équipements dernier cri. Tout est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Une véritable parenthèse au vert que je recommande vivement !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Bertrand à l'occasion d'un déplacement professionnel. Bertrand est un hôte sympathique et très accueillant ! Loved it here, location was great and the accommodation had everything we needed. The kids loved it and enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be coming back.

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un chalet magnifique et très bien équipé , facile d’accès, spacieux , belle vue , hôte sympathique et répond rapidement. Au top 👌🏼

Séjour en Aout. Chalet très bien placé entre Le Grand Bornand et Le Chinaillon (Boulangerie++ et plus proche que le Gd B.) Parfait pour les randonnées et le vélo. Cuisine très bien équipé. Pièce à vivre et chambres spacieuses. Silencieux, les portes fermées car en contrebas d'une route très passante. Pas dangereux pour les enfants car l'accès se fait par une route privée. 1 garage fermé, avec prise électrique et sèche chaussures. Intermarché le plus proche dans Les Villards sur Thônes. Bien achalandé.

Très bon accueil dans ce havre de paix. Le lieu est calme, dans la verdure. Le fumoir est bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Une jolie terrasse permet de prendre son repas en regardant la vue incroyable sur la plaine. J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce séjour, idéal pour se ressourcer. Un grand merci à Soraya.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich super schön! Die Familie ist sehr lieb und bekümmert, dass alles für einen passt. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist unglaublich schön und man kann optimal von diesem Ort aus verschiedene Touren starten ☺️

nous avons passé le week end de l' ascencion sous le soleil face au Mont Blanc , le chalet est dans un quartier très calme avec une vue splendide .Il est très fonctionnel avec une déco typique savoyarde. Merci à Théo pour la qualité apporté à ce logement .Nous reviendrons volontiers .

What a perfect spot Jessica’s home is just a short walk into the village of Combloux which has all the amenities you would need (small supermarket/ cafes/ bakery/ restaurants etc) as well as so much outdoor activities on the doorstep - either by short drive or straight from the chalet. The chalet is so peaceful and the setting is so beautiful. We couldn’t stop admiring the view over Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains - incredible! We stayed here as a young family with a very active 10m old baby and it was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including high chair, travel cot, plates. Plus the setting was safe enough for her to explore with our supervision. Jessica met us at the property to welcome us and was helpful and flexible when we were delayed arriving from the airport, making it less stressful. A perfect first taste of the area and we are already talking about our next trip to visit again and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

un superbe séjour au mazot d’Anne Sophie. Tout correspondait à la description de l’annonce. Les consignes sont claires et des conseils sur les restaurants et visites diverses ont été la bienvenue. l’hôte est très réactif et le mazot était très propre ainsi que le jaccuzi qui a été très apprécié. je recommande fortement cette location qui répond à toutes attentes pour un séjour agréable et calme.

Julien hat meinem Bruder und mir sein Appartement für einen mehrtägigen Motorradurlaub zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben hervorragend ausgestattet, toll gelegen und dazu ruhig und bietet vollständige Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Julien ist immer freundlich interessiert an unserer Zufriedenheit, sprach hilfreiche Tourempfehlungen aus und kann stets pragmatische Hilfestellung bieten. Diesen Urlaub würde ich komplett genau so wiederholen. Und auch für meinen nächsten Wanderurlaub ist diese wundervolle Region mit Juliens tollem Appartement eine sehr ernst zu nehmende Option! Jederzeit gerne wieder zu Gast bei Julien.

Nous sommes restes trois jours dans l’appartement qui est très bien situé, tout près du lac d’Annecy. L’appartement est très bien équipé et nous étions très à l’aise. Il y a beaucoup d’activités à faire dans la région de Talloires comme Via Ferrata, Canyoning, Accrobranche, randonnées, vélos, navigation sur le lac, etc. Camille était très disponible et répondait vite à nos demandes. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésitations.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La casa è accogliente, pulita e immersa nella natura. Catherine e Jean Paul sono stati ospiti gentilissimi e ci hanno permesso di vivere un’esperienza unica: coccolare le caprette e dar loro il latte con il biberon! Siamo partiti presto la mattina e non abbiamo potuto salutarli di persona, ma li ringraziamo di cuore per tutto. Consigliatissimo!

Logement impeccable et très fonctionnel, conforme à la description ! À 15min à pied du lac, via une petite piste cyclable agréable. Espace chambre climatisé, très utile lors de grosses chaleurs. Literie confortable. Coin extérieur spa/sauna/terrasse très agréable et très bien entretenu, accessible de 10h à 22h et accessible par une cour partagée par les hôtes. Bonne pizzeria et boulangerie à quels mètres, centre ville à 15min à pied. Échanges avec l’hôte et accueil très sympathiques.

This place is pure French countryside magic. It starts with the pathway up to the home. You’ve past breathtaking scenery and end up on an authentic gravel path. Just when you question if you’re in the right place, you come up the drive to heaven. The place is very clean and we truly enjoyed the gifts that the hosts left us. The bottle of champagne, the artisanal sausage, the freshly picked walnuts and currants made our stay so warm and friendly. The main room w/ kitchen and living room made for great conversation as we planned our next day’s activities. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place.

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.
