It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. Located in the former stables of Verlaine, the house is a 10-minute walk to the Sacré Coeur. It has a lovely little garden. In the backyard. It is very quiet and very bright. It has 3 double bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 3 separate toilets. 2 cats live freely between the garden and the house, so beware of allergies. Our yard is cool and pleasant, however be careful not to speak too loudly and especially after 10pm so as not to disturb the neighbors.
