Just a few steps away you will find iconic addresses such as 'Le Café de Flore', 'Les Trois Magots', 'La Durée', as well as famous tourist attractions like the Abbey of St Germain des Près, the Luxembourg Gardens, l’ile de la cite (Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral), the Louvre Museum, etc. My 3rd-storey flat consists of one spacious living room with an open kitchen, a quiet bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

In a small cobbled street typical of Montmartre, my 23 m2 studio will gladly accommodate two guests, provided that they are serious and respectful :). A stone's throw from the Moulin Rouge, the famous café "Les Deux Moulins" of Amélie Poulain, the Sacré Coeur and the pink house. Local shops (greengrocers, bakeries...) as well as all transport are down the street (Blanche, Abbesses and Place de Clichy stations). Everything is included, all you have to do is put your bags down!

Quiet and bright, cosy apartment in Batignolles

Spacious and bright apartment in vintage style, located in Batignolles. It has all the amenities you need: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, plenty of storage and even a turntable. The bedding includes a queen size bed (160 x 200). The apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator access. It is quiet and very pleasant to stay in. Close to Rue de Lévis with all its shops and restaurants.
