Monthly Rentals in La Ciaccia

Simply everything perfect, excellent cleanliness, house exactly as in the photos. We didn't really miss anything. All this made possible by Alice, a real hostess. Thanks for this experience!

We were received in a very friendly manner upon arrival by the landlord. The apartment was in immaculate condition, chilled water and a bottle of wine were provided for us. From the spacious terrace with direct views of the sea, you could reach the beach directly in a few steps. The apartment lacks nothing, everything was new, we especially liked the excellent kitchen equipment! Alessandro was always available at short notice for questions and provided friendly and helpful information! Great beaches, hiking and gastronomy in the surrounding area. For one to two people, this is a top location. We will be happy to come back!

Gian Piero is a superhost! He always responded quickly and was always helpful. When the grill broke, he came immediately and brought a new grill. He allowed us to check in earlier on the day of arrival, which was very convenient. The small beautiful house is great for a large family or for two smaller families. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 showers and 3 toilets! Unfortunately, the kids were only able to use the pool twice because the water was too cold. But in summer it must be great to have this pool. The garden has a huge (olive?)tree with lots of birds that chirp beautifully. The house has everything in the basic equipment, also a great coffee maker. We didn't miss anything when cooking. From the house you can walk to the local beach. A grocery store is a 2-minute walk - that's great! We thank Gian Piero for this stay and hope to see you again!

Very good hosting and very good responsiveness from Nando. Our stay, which was off-season, did not allow us to fully enjoy the area's attractions (direct beach access not possible, many tourist sites closed, etc.) but we were delighted with our stay.
