The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

We spent a month here and had enough time to form a complete impression. Pros: - Great view (6th floor) - Safe neighborhood, with lots of cafés and small shops nearby - Private grill on the balcony - Comfortable bed - Heated floors - Washing machine - Good communications, Janu is a welcoming owner and speaks English well Cons: - It can get a bit noisy in the living room, especially if you open the window, since the apartment is located near a road. However, it is quiet in the bedroom, and the noise does not disturb sleep. - Appartment was a bit dusty when we moved in, my wife had to clean the floor so that we could walk around without shoes Overall, we had a very positive living experience.

I had a perfect stay with Pilar. The apartment has got everything you need for a shorter or a longer stay. Clean, nice smart tv with Chromecast and a lovely place in general. Great roof top pool. Pilar was an excellent host checking in with me every once in a while. Would come back!

We loved the place.. the apartment is very cozy. We love the fact that all outlets are already adapted! Everything was very perfect! It was really worth it! I'll be back soon.

It is a neat place, designed to enjoy with family or friends, with charming external spaces, a lot of peace and tranquility. The garden is extraordinarily beautiful and as another traveler said, the photos don't do it justice. The caretakers were prompt and attentive to our requirements or orientations. The house has everything you need to cook, rest and enjoy a lot of peace. It is ideal for 6 to 8 people, although if you want you can invite more to spend the day (only the use of the bathroom would be complicated because there is only one). But worth every inverted peso!! If God wants, we will repeat the experience in summer so we will enjoy the Park and the pool even more.
