Welcome to Les Sables! Nice 32 m2 studio located on the 7th floor of a luxury residence in the heart of the boardwalk. A splendid oceanfront view, over the entire right side of the bay and the entrance to the channel. The beach and the boardwalk are steps away! For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Everything is planned to accommodate you in the best conditions. See you soon!
