This unique "little house" is close to the channel and the animation associated with it: back and forth, fishing, yachting, commercial boats. Close because you have to travel 30 m to see the channel; then walk along Port Olona, towards the Vendée Globe pontoon (15 minutes). Hello and welcome to my 27 m2 studio located on the first floor of a small building. Completely refurbished at the end of 2020 including furniture and bedding, this studio has stunning views of the channel. Located on the quay of La Chaume, cradle of the city of Les Sables d'Olonne, it is 100 m from the shops and cafes of the quay, 2 min from the ferry to reach the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne and 10 min from a shopping mall, all on foot.
