House vacation rentals in La Charité-sur-Loire

We were there to visit the vineyards, make cellars, the accommodation is in a very good location, close to Sancerre. The house is perfect for resting, comfortable, clean. Perfect for a family . We had a lovely time there and were all won over by the place. We note this address that I highly recommend.

We had a perfect stay. The house is fantastic and fully equipped to have a carefree and pleasant stay. Liliana was always available to answer our questions. Beautiful surroundings and nature, we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in one of Aurélie-Anne and her family's homes. we enjoyed the setting, the pool and the tennis court to the fullest. the calm, nature and good weather allowed us to spend 4 days in the countryside for a rejuvenating weekend. thanks to the hosts for their flexibility and kindness. We'll most certainly be back. 😉

We had a pleasant stay for 4, quiet in Clément's accommodation which is lovely and spacious, which contains everything you need and in addition which is endowed with lovely and neat decoration. Thank you for hosting us and for the tips for visiting this region that we didn't know. We recommend it!

Great stay in the woods. Perfect for a trip with children. Its animals that come to eat in the evening in front of the window and horses right next door in the farm. Despite some inconveniences beyond their control, Cédric and Paul were very responsive and kind to find a solution as soon as possible.

Central location in Pouilly-sur-Loire. Shops within walking distance (50 m, bakery and convenience store). Banks of the Loire for strolling 100 m away. Ideal for visiting the area (Charité-sur-Loire, Sancerre, Nevers) and touring a few winemakers. Nice and well-equipped house, with private parking in the courtyard.

The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. Isabelle is a very responsive and kind host. I recommend it :)

Impeccable studio, easy access, independent complement from the owner. We can leave the bikes in the garden in the shelter. Immediate access to greenways! Quiet.

It’s a great place. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. It’s in a quiet corner of the French country side with the sound of a small stream running in the background and the ruins of a 13th century castle as a backdrop. Shops are at no more than a 10 minute car drive in the town of La Charité-sur-Loire. We spent a week with 2 kids (5 and 6) and enjoyed the garden with the football goals, the trampoline and the little stream across the road. We also enjoyed the ‘adventurous visit through the bushes’ to the ruins next door. There’s enough to do with the kids, but expect a least a half hour car drive for that. Florian (and his sister) is an outstanding host. He responded to our questions within minutes in a very friendly way. After arrival he called to make sure that everything was OK. That call felt like talking to a friend who had a list of activity recommendations ready for us. He pro-actively shared that list in the chat for us to be able to get back to. Thank you!

We have particularly enjoyed this nice house. The decor is cozy, practical and equipped with everything you need. It is wonderfully quiet here with a spacious view of the hilly landscape. Every day, it was a surprise how the view changed with the weather and the effect on the landscape with the clouds and the sun. And the sheep in the meadow opposite the house are also cozy neighbors. Surrounding cities such as Nevers, Bourges and Moulins are worth a visit. The village and garden at Chateau d'Apremont-sur-Allier, and the Pont Canal du Guetin are also special attractions.

we were cycling the Loire a Velo route and Thomas' place was an ideal stopover for us to rest and catch up on choirs. the WiFi, washing machine, kitchen and garden were a great help. The apartment has everything and more then you will need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Thomas was great and immediate. There were some reviews which said it was noisy..it is on a relatively busy raod but traffic is slow and what noise there is didn't bother us at all. it is a couple of minutes walk to the train station and maybe ten minutes into the town centre.

The accommodation is very nicely decorated and arranged. The garden is very nice and several places are provided to enjoy it. Several small touches are nice and everything is designed to make the stay comfortable. I recommend it without a problem.

The stay went very well, Manon is flexible on schedules, the cottage is welcoming. We were able to enjoy the pleasant terrace and garden. The cottage is well equipped, only the mezzanine bedding is moderately comfortable. We recommend this gite

I had a pleasant stay in this well-equipped, quiet and comfortable cottage. Both bedrooms are practical and the bathroom with towel dryer is a real plus. The nearby parking space is very convenient. The location is ideal for travel, especially 5 minutes by car from the Belleville-sur-Loire power station. Thank you, see you soon!
