This magnificent house is exceptional from top to bottom offering 3 big bright bedrooms 2,5 bathrooms (one of which ensuite), a spacious living room with adjacent dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and patio with exterior dining, sitting group and sunbeds. The house also has access to a community saltwater pool located just beside the house. Situated in Sonnenland, this house has the added benefit of being centrally located close to shops and attractions yet still in a peaceful neighbourhood.
