I offer this 20 m2 studio, with a garden area. You will find a sleeping area as well as a living room, bathroom with toilet and fully equipped kitchen. This place is great for a weekend, or for business reasons. You can also enjoy a parking space in front of the accommodation, and an outdoor space. You will find, within a 15-minute walk from the studio, enough to feed yourself (Intermarché, bakery, etc.). You will be a 25-minute walk to the city center.

Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.

The small house

My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. You will appreciate the location and charm of "the little house" so that you have a pleasant stay in our beautiful region. We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in, which justifies the cleaning fee.

30 m2 cottage, fully equipped, with private garden and pool access in season. Secure parking on request. 10 min from Bourges by car and 5 min walk: - Plaimpiied Abbey - the greenway that joins Bourges, along the Berry Canal. Nice walk for everyone, including our four-legged friends - a children's playground, in a nice park - a supermarket, bakery, butcher and nice restaurant. Baby equipment. Workspace/high-speed Wi-Fi.

(^_^) Quiet in the city (^_^)

Relax in this quiet and very cozy space. The studio is in my courtyard but you will be quiet as there is no opposite . 15 minutes walk from the city center, very quiet area, 5 minutes from the highway and close to all shops. Thank you so much for reading the payment upon arrival. We do not host vehicles in our courtyard because of our doggie (adorable but runaway) but we park easily and for free on the street.

Apartment-Bourges

Furnished and warm f1 apartment will allow you to have a pleasant stay in Bourges, close to the Military School, INSA, Hospital. Located nearby, you will find the Saint-Etienne Cathedral, as well as the Jacques Cœur Palace. History lovers will also appreciate a visit to the Bourges Museum of Fine Arts. The Prés-Fichaux Garden offers a peaceful space to walk and unwind, easily accessible by free buses.

The studio is located on the second floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park their car in the garden. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 Bourges highway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station.
