Very nice host and wife. the cottage was full of comforts and we greatly enjoyed the pool and the jaquzzi. An oasis of peace. The garden is amazing and neatly maintained. We were allowed to taste cherries from the cherry trees. We were in transit, but a second night would have been very nice. Hopefully we'll be back sometime.

We loved the place a lot. It is a very spacious and bright apartment in the very citi centre of beautiful Troyes. The apartment is very clean and has all you need. It was absolutely comfortable for family of seven people. All sightseeing, restaurants and shops are 5-10 minutes walking away, and parking where we always found a place to park is just 5 minutes walk away. Nicolas is very responsive and helpful host. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The accommodation is very well arranged, clean and spacious. The apartment itself is of high standing, warm, welcoming and very well-equipped. BUT... I regretted that the accommodation is on the first floor of a building overlooking 2 very busy coffee terraces until 2 a.m. and therefore very, very noisy (audible even with windows closed) in summer, it must be hell. I love my peace and quiet after a good day of work, but it was ruined :-( This fact is indicated in the listing, but watered down... the "hustle and bustle" mentioned in the listing is well below my lived reality "a noise disturbing my peace" and it was a Sunday, a Monday and a Tuesday... So I dare not imagine what it is on Friday and Saturday night... Fortunately, the bedroom is set back and well insulated from noise which allows you to sleep well regardless of the time of bedtime. Otherwise, if the noise doesn't bother guests, the apartment is GREAT and the location is central!

Florie's apartment is very stylish and comfortable. We felt right at home. 👍 Florie is very kind and responsive, communication with her was very smooth.😊 The center of Troyes is a 20-minute walk, you can eat at the Sarrazine creperie😋, and the factory shops are 30 minutes by bus. Amazing weekend!
