Halfway to our respective residences, we came to spend Christmas with family and everything was perfect 1 real Christmas house with all the decor that goes well Huge eating areas both inside and out. pretty bedrooms nice welcome from Sabrina Anthony, you're not safe from seeing us again next year. Sophie's house is lovely. It is ideal for a family, very well located at the gates of Troyes, 1 min from shops and 5 min from factory outlets. It is practical and tastefully decorated. The garden is also nice and the terrace allowed us to enjoy all our meals outside. Board games, ping pong, billiards, ball… the kids had a good time. Sophie is a welcoming and responsive host. We really enjoyed our week, which was relaxing. Thanks Sophie, we'll be back with pleasure!

Clean. Host was very nice and communications were quick and helpful. We got breakfast delivered through host which was also very nice. The property is two separate accommodations in the same gated building. Lots of parking. Warm when we arrived which was nice. Would stay here again.

Spacious apartment and very good hospitality.

The accommodation is conveniently located in the heart of Troyes. It is remarkably clean, spacious and has lots of amenities. Congratulations to Nicolas who was able to equip this loveroom well and put a very measured atmosphere, it was a beautiful experience.

Very good location, large and pleasant apartment, very friendly and accommodating on check-in times. A little more cooking utensils would be nice (bread knife, meat knife).

We had a great stay at this place, the main advantages of which are: a very good location to wander around the city and go to the restaurant in the evening, very comfortable bedding (the double bed is really large and the quality mattress), small touches left by the host (this is becoming more and more rare and deserves to be reported). The two downsides maybe: a very small shower and weak sound insulation, but that's the problem with old homes (but you can't have everything, the charm of the old and the central location and the perfect insulation).

Exceptional apartment, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. All the amenities are present for a comfortable stay. Ideally located in the heart of the city center, it is easily accessible and perfectly served. A place to recommend without hesitation!

The host was responsive to arrange my arrival. He was present to give me the keys and give me the information to ensure that my stay went smoothly. The place is lovely, comfortable and atypical. And its location in old Troyes is the starting point for a beautiful walk to explore the city. Very small downside that personally did not cause me any problems, but access to the mezzanine is not possible for people prone to vertigo, nor for young children because the stairs/ladder are very steep.

Peaceful and very pleasant place to spend some relaxing good times. Fanny is listening. Perfect!

The house is spacious, the bedrooms are large and the bedding is good quality. There were 10 of us. The 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets are a real plus. The pool was not yet in service, the weather was not yet ready. I recommend the house.

The house and garden are very suitable for toddlers: it's simple, there are more toys at Céline's than at our house!

Easy check-in. Utilities are ready to use as described. Friendly host responded promptly. I would recommend to my friends for any visit to Troyes.
