Charming fully equipped 40 m2 studio on the ground floor of a building dating from the 15th century in the medieval town of La Charité-sur-Loire. Independent accommodation with stone walls and a private courtyard. This quiet and mythical place in the heart of the old town is located on the banks of the Loire and close to vineyards such as: Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire. About 2 hours from Paris and 10 min walk from the SNCF station you will also be close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The house is in a quiet area 500 m from the market square and the main shops and restaurants within walking distance. The cinema is 200 m away. The municipal swimming pool is about 1 km away. La Charité is on the route of St Jacques de Compostelle and the Loire by bike. In 30 minutes, you can reach the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire or visit Nevers and its faience makers. Many festivals take place on site and every 3rd Sunday of the month there is a book fair

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Free parking is available 100 m from the accommodation, you will be a few minutes' walk from the various shops and restaurants of Le Piton.

It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Our 1930s house, facing the Loire, offers a unique setting combining period charm and modern comfort. Its large veranda with panoramic river views, Burgundy stone terrace shaded by a fig tree, and elegantly restored interiors make it a haven of peace. Located in La Charité-sur-Loire, a listed historic city, a few steps from shops and the famous 12th century priory, it is the ideal place for an authentic and refreshing stay.

L'Ecrin de Loire - Stopover on the water

🏠Small house, formerly a sailor's house, semi-detached with the privilege of direct access to the banks of the Loire. It faces the river and is at the foot of all amenities. Large windows open to a tree-lined boardwalk where strollers share the space with cyclists taking the Loire by bike. Peaceful and central location at the foot of the church, 150m from a bakery and 190m from the grocery store and a butcher shop.
