Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (1st-floor apartment). Nestled a 15-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the train station, I hope this property will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style, and convenience. Please note: there is a beam at a height of 5.6 feet (1.70 m) in the bedroom.

The fully renovated and well-equipped house offers you all the comforts you need for a relaxing family stay. Not overlooked, quiet, in the heart of the countryside. Guests can enjoy the terrace and barbecue, the orchard, and the large enclosed garden to unwind and play outdoors! Nearest shops 5 km away, Bourges and Nevers 30 minutes away. Vineyards 40 minutes away, banks of the Loire, and numerous activities 30 minutes away. The highlights? Waking up to birdsong, a view of the horse pastures.

Converted from an old sheepfold, located in the middle of the Bourbonnais wooded countryside with unobstructed views of the countryside. Peaceful place. Ground floor: equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, range hood, dishwasher) open to the living room. Living room (TV), Rapido sofa (2 pers.). Mezzanine with a sleeping area (2 pers.), a bedroom (2 pers. bed), air-conditioned ground floor. extra and on request: bed linen, towels, house linen and end-of-stay cleaning. Free Wi-Fi.

Cosy Village House – Walks, Culture & Nature

This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). You will find a bakery, a mini-market, a bar-tabac, a pharmacy, a hotel-restaurant, a local products shop and a brocante. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). No wifi or television, but peace, relaxation and board games to enjoy life in a different way.

We welcome you to the "Domaine du Moulin à Vent" gîte for a relaxing and well-being stay with your partner, friends or family ... Enjoy the private Jacuzzi and hammam as you wish, as well as an enclosed garden with trees of 6000 m². For your comfort the whole cottage is air conditioned. We also provide the household linen, the necessary to start your stay (toilet paper, oil, sugar, salt, etc ...) cleaning is also included in the service (except kitchen area).

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Fully renovated barn in the countryside, quiet and not overlooked, with a beautiful garden. A stone's throw from the start of the Loire by bike, 10 minutes from Nevers and 20 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit.
