Located in a quiet hamlet 2 km from the center of Martel, at the starting point for hiking trails. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, on half level a cozy living room with TV, a double bedroom, a shower room and separate toilets. Upstairs in the attic, 1 double bedroom, shower room, toilet, and a children's bedroom with twin beds.

On one level, adjoining a large terrace and a large enclosed space, this cottage is suitable for young children. Ideally located, our cottage is less than 20 km from 8 of the most beautiful villages in France, Rocamadour (30 km), caves and chasms (Padirac) and the Dordogne river. On site: the Neanderthal site and departure for hikes and walks.

We live discretely on site and are always on hand to help during your stay.
