Es bietet Platz für 13 Erwachsene, die sich auf zwei separate Wohnungen aufteilen, aber mit einer Verbindungstür das Haus teilen können. In 5-10 Minuten fußläufig am Meer und dank ÖPNV super mit der Altstadt verbunden oder man genießt den grünen Innenhof mit Pool, Sitzlounge und Außenküche (Paella-Grill).

Apartamento muy bien ubicado y luminoso, totalmente equipado, baño completo, con dos duchas, superficie 40 metros ,7 de altillo y un pequeño balcón. Barrio tradicional con mercado típico de alimentación . A 10 minutos andando de la playa. Supermercados, tiendas de alquiler de bicis, Restaurantes ....en sus alrededores. Muy bien comunicado con toda la ciudad con servicios públicos ,Autobus, tren, metro,tranvia Aparcamiento gratuito en la zona . Parking cercano en plaza Mercado Cabañal.

Localizado en la zona universitaria, está muy bien comunicado con el centro ciudad por metro y autobús y con la playa por tranvía. Ideal para parejas que quieran hacer turismo y conocer la ciudad como para gente de trabajo. Yo estaré disponible durante toda la estancia para cualquier duda o problema, os recibiré en el piso y os daré consejos y recomendaciones para haceros esos días más agradables.

Nice Apartment with 55m2 in Valencia. Refurbished 5 years ago with a cool design. Guests will enjoy its staying well for vacation as for business. Lovely for couples. Private parking included. Excellent communications for arriving by plane and train, or getting around the city on foot, by bus, metro, or tram to visit the city center, the beach, and the City of Sciences.
