Dieses helle, ca. 60 m² große Apartment im ersten Stock ist ein idealer Rückzugsort für Paare und Geschäftsreisende. Ideal für Paare und Geschäftsreisende. Die Wohnung ist klar geschnitten und so gestaltet, dass man sich schnell zurechtfindet und wohlfühlt. Wohnbereich: Geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit bequemem Schlafsofa, Fernseher und Esstisch für vier Personen. Eine große Glasschiebetür führt direkt auf den Balkon. Balkon: Privater Außenbereich mit Meerblick, ausgestattet mit Tisch und Stühlen. Ein privater Balkon lädt dazu ein, den Tag mit Blick auf das Meer ausklingen zu lassen. Küche: Offene, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Grundlegende Gewürze sowie Reinigungsmittel sind vorhanden. Für den Start stellen wir außerdem eine kleine Grundausstattung an Spülmittel zur Verfügung. Schlafzimmer: Komfortables Queensize-Bett (160 × 190 cm) und großer Einbauschrank mit ausreichend Stauraum. Badezimmer: Modernes Bad mit großer Dusche, Waschmaschine, Bidet und Haartrockner. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Die Handtücher sind ausschließlich für die Nutzung im Apartment vorgesehen; für den Strand bitten wir, eigene Handtücher mitzubringen oder diese vor Ort zu kaufen. Toilettenpapier und Duschgel stehen in einer Grundmenge für den Start bereit. Für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgen eine integrierte Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion, schnelles Glasfaser-WLAN sowie ein kostenfreier privater Garagenstellplatz. Die moderne Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage, schnelles WLAN und einen privaten Parkplatz. Während Ihres Aufenthalts steht Ihnen das gesamte Apartment zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
