In 2 minutes you are in the water, in 2 minutes you can take an air-conditioned nap. the fully equipped studio is on the first floor facing west with a beautiful terrace, sunset and small view of the salt marshes and in the distance the Almanarre. everything is at your fingertips: Porquerolles and the beaches of the peninsula. sunshine guaranteed!

Superb apartment, fully equipped 1 minute walk from the beach. Kitchen open to living/dining room, large terrace. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds + 1 single mezzanine bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Fully air-conditioned apartment, on the 1st floor and the top floor of a very small new building. On the main street, close to all shops, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery... Resort insurance required.
