What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.

We were hosted very well, the environment is very quiet and relaxing. The coffee bean machine is a nice extra, it's a very valuable piece of equipment for us. The bioclimatic pergola allows you to stay outside at all hours. I would recommend Stephane's place

We loved our stay in Besse-sur-Issole. It was the perfect spot during our trip—peaceful, charming, and full of local character. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for walking everywhere. One of the best parts? The croissant from the local boulangerie—hands down the best we’ve had so far in southern France. We really enjoyed walking into the village square each morning, grabbing coffee, and popping into the little shops and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and authentic. A great stop if you’re looking to enjoy a quieter side of Provence. We took multiple day trips, super easy from this cozy retreat. The Gorge du Verdon is a must. We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace gives intimate outdoor access, which is very much appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the runways of the airport quite close, the noise (during the day only) is more of a nuisance than a nuisance. Good amenities, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In short, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

This apartment is a real gem. The terrace, the privacy, the love for detail in the furnishing, the view, the overall atmosphere - everything is really great. Christophe is super nice and easy to communicate with. I especially loved the charm of the furniture and that it’s meticulously clean. We definitely want to come back.

An exceptional stay, far beyond our expectations! The house is simply beautiful: set on the water, with breathtaking views, and full amenities that make everyday life incredibly comfortable. It feels like you're at a friend's house, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Jean-Charles took great care of us, and we also warmly thank his son Raphaël, present on site, for his availability and kindness. A rare experience, which we can only recommend without so much as a second thought

Emma and her husband were very kind when I arrived, they showed me around in the apartment and gave local tips on what I could do during my stay. The apartment had everything for a pleasant stay, including a speaker and dish washer. I had beautiful days and the morning sun at the balcony was very luxurious. I will definitely book this apartment again when I come to Hyères! Thank you Emma!

I higly recommend Julien’s apartment in Hyeres. The position of the Villa (as the apartment is inside a Villa) is in a residential and peaceful area, very elegant and elevated on a hill. From there is possible to see old Hyeres , Villa Noailles, the Golden Islands and the sea. Julien has an incredibile garden which is very simular to a botanic garden with various kind of trees, Flowers and bushes. The apartment is higly refined with Design furniture and tailormade elements: beautiful. The garden hosts a beautiful pool with sea water, sorrounded by Pine trees, cypressi, and buganville. Our staying in this house was unforgettable.

Accommodation as described, clean and functional. The apartment is well located geographically with direct beach access, plus a private heated pool during this period. Yoann is a thoughtful and attentive host.

Staying in Nadja's apartment was simply a dream. Nadia doesn't speak English well, but she is incredibly friendly, helpful, generous and called someone with whom we could also communicate in English. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and you have a great view of the harbor from the large balcony. We didn't miss anything and we were even allowed to use the available supplies and in the fridge there was a bottle of wine and water ready for us. Thank you again for that 🙂 It's just a few minutes' walk to the bus stop, supermarket and bakery. Restaurants are numerous and especially the ice cream at "Maison Gavroche" is highly recommended. We can absolutely recommend this apartment and would definitely come back!

The accommodation is very well located in a secure residence with lots of trees and private parking. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the terrace is large and the environment pleasant with pretty plants and a beautiful red banana tree. you can walk to the village of Giens as well as the salt road that runs along the beach and the ponds. we had a lovely stay.. Thomas was very responsive every time we asked him questions.

Marc's place is exactly as described. It is a very nice apartment located on the heights of Hyères with a magnificent view from the terrace and parking in the residence which is not insignificant. In addition, the city is accessible in a short time on foot from the accommodation. Marc is a very friendly, accommodating and responsive host if you have any problems or advice to ask him. I really recommend this accommodation if you're staying in the Var.

We were warmly welcomed by Valerie, Isabelle's daughter, who also gave us useful directions for our stay. The accommodation is a gem! Impeccable for cleaning and furnishing details. Location in front of the marina with many clubs downstairs. The large public parking lot is convenient and free, the bakery in front is excellent for breakfasts and filled sandwiches. The departure of the ferries to Porquerolles is about 10 minutes by car. Thanks to Isabelle and Valerie!

The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen perfectly equipped, and the views are stunning. The location is ideal, close to everything and in a quiet area. We had a grate stay in this apartment! There is very much space and a good equipped kitchen. The two plages are just a few feet away. The bathroom and the shower are also very comfortable.
