The location right on the beach is perfect. There is a beautiful large balcony where you can eat and relax wonderfully. I admired the sunrise every morning. A bus stop is very close and the entire Giens peninsula is always worth a trip. I will definitely come back.

Romain and his wife have a beautiful home, even more beautiful in person. We enjoyed the location practically on the sea, the windows with a beautiful view, the new and renovated house super comfortable. The mini pool is really comfortable and spacious with very strong jets. Romain was helpful and his wife was so nice and kind, they gave us great directions. Surely, if we were to return to La Pradet, we would rebook this beautiful villa. Thanks to bientot!

My partner and I had a great time in this beautiful place, which is perfectly true to the description and photos of the listing. The terrace, directly open to the living room, is very quiet, sunny, and allows you to admire the salt marshes and the magnificent landscape in the best conditions. The apartment is also easily accessible because it is served by the road between Hyères and Giens, but also away from this same road, so perfectly quiet. And the presence within a 5min walk of a grocery store/bakery/market gardener and a bike rental allows you to leave the car at the parking lot for the duration of the stay. Also a big thank you to Label Prestiges for the welcome, availability and responsiveness for allowing us to access the apartment very easily and independently, and for answering our questions without delay. We warmly recommend this apartment.

In short, a great stay in this apartment. The apartment although small is very functional and the living room is spacious enough. The decoration is very neat and tasteful. The sea view is beautiful. Access to the beach is a 3-minute walk with a short stretch on the road. Only downside, finding space on arrival can be a real headache! The value for money is correct. We did not have the pleasure of meeting our host but she was very responsive on the app and gave us specific instructions.

We had a great time in this Bandol cocoon! Everything was perfect, the apartment is really functional, spacious, very well equipped and quiet! The huge balcony is a real plus, especially with the view it offers! The environment is also ideal, we walked to the port of Bandol from the apartment, lots of shops and restaurants nearby but also the beautiful coastal path to take from the apartment! The welcome and communication with Alexandra was perfect, no complaints, always responsive and very pleasant! Small plus also for the small touches that are always pleasant on arrival such as a bottle of local rosé as well as capsules for your first coffee! To sum up, we would 100% recommend this listing for a great vacation! We'll be happy to go back. See you soon.

This was our short trip for my husband's birthday. We arrived a little earlier than the stated time and were able to settle in an hour early. We were met by the host, walked us in and showed us around. The apartment was very clean, which you don't often find in rented accommodation. Everything was spotless: the bed was clean, the kitchen looked like it had just come from the store, the white tile and bathroom was spotless, everything shined! Great location of the house about 100 meters from the beach. Quiet, great place for lovers of quiet vacations with children. Private parking in the courtyard of the house, nice cozy terrace. I would like to recommend to meet the sunset in the cafe across the street. It is a pink big building with a cozy patio and incredible view of the sea and sunset. The food is excellent. You can also have breakfast at this cafe. I would come back one more time!

My boyfriend and I had an indescribably lovely time staying with David and Virginie. The place is stunning. Actually even nicer than in the photos. The terrace and sea view are unique. From the inside, it is clean and very tasteful and cozy. David and Virginia are very friendly and personable. They live above but work during the day and are also very discreet. Le pradet is a quiet and very picturesque place, but you can find everything you could ever need. We will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic location with views over the harbor to the sea (east), parking suitable for cars up to 2.30 m height in the private courtyard. The whole thing is an apartment complex with an entrance/exit barrier. Bikes can be parked in bicycle racks outside the house. There is an elevator. In the bunk beds you can also sleep up to 1.85 m in height. We (2 adults, 2 children) found the stay great and enjoyed it very much and can highly recommend the apartment. We will be back if we can.

We loved staying at La Capitenairie - the apartment is lovely. Big enough for two people and our dachshund for a relaxed holiday overlooking the sea. A nice café is in walking distance. We had nice days visiting Hyeres, Bandol, Cassis, Le Castellet - but we absolutely loved Sanary. And we enjoyed walking along the beach every morning and evening - right down the stairs. Thanks for relaxing and wonderful holidays. We had everything we needed and would have loved to stay longer - but we are grateful for 2 weeks we’ll remember. Cécile and Arnaud responded very quickly and were absolutely warm hearted. We absolutely recommend that place.

Located in the heart of the old quarter, everything is on foot, the port, the shops, the small cobbled streets. The accommodation was absolutely impeccable and Audrey even provided us with two baby cribs for the children. Extremely responsive in her communication, we have no negative comments. The terrace, although it does not have an unobstructed view, remains highly appreciable.

We sincerely thank Jacqueline for her welcome, kindness and kindness. From our arrival to our departure it was just perfect. The small house is very nice, as described in every way. The location is very good, close to the beach and is ideally located for browsing all the beautiful villages nearby. We recommend this place with our eyes closed, we had a wonderful stay.

Very beautiful house with great views and pool. There are 3 bedrooms and an annex which worked really well for us. We also enjoyed the tennis courts and the beach which is very close. Can only highly recommend the house and Carine was very accommodating and always quick to respond.

Perfect location right on the water, direct water access, waterfront terrace, beach just a few meters walk, you can easily go to the beach for windsurfing/foiling/kiting. The amenities in the house are as described. Good beds! For cold days, the fireplace and electric heating helps. The parking spot in front of the door is perfect. This house is truly unique!

I spent 1 week at Emmanuela poetic House with my dog and fully enjoyed it. The view of the sea (and the comet), the few stairs to the coastal path and small pebble beach made it easy for me to walk with my dog in the morning and evening and to be full of nature. That even though you're in a city. The apartment is cozy and welcoming to spend a half day there comfortably. Communication with Laura was very helpful. Glad to come back

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the house is breathtaking, you're almost right by the water. The house is tastefully decorated, well-equipped and really impeccable. We enjoyed the SUPs made available, the recommendations for activities and restaurants, not to mention Jean-Charles' welcome gift. In short, we recommend it!

Quiet stay and magical view, the studio is well-equipped and Guy is very nice. We took a great walk on the coastal path that starts from the residence, we were also able to go for a drink at the port of Bandol without taking the car (25 minutes walk by the sea).
