Everything was great. The house in reality is even better than in the photos. Everything was very clean and new. The bathroom and kitchen are equipped with everything you need and are in good condition. A well-maintained courtyard. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The hostess was helpful and friendly. Thank you for everything! I recommend this house for a quiet holiday with the whole family. I hope we can go back there again.

Beautiful house! Very Marplatense style. The perfect location, 4 blocks from Guemes Street, 1 from Av Colon and 1 from the sea. The linens and towels had a delicious aroma, even the winter blankets that usually smell old/stored, here they were delicious. I recommend and will be back!

The house is as shown in the pictures, spacious, modern and very well equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, always available for any questions. Also, the location is excellent, close to everything we need, but quiet enough to rest. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Vero's house is very welcoming, with very nice details that generate a beautiful energy, the house is comfortable and impeccable, it has everything you need to spend a nice stay, kitchen, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, utensils of all kinds. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute, on the avenue there are businesses of all kinds. I'm a genius, very kind, very good communication and very comfortable check-in and checkout. We loved the place, super comfortable and cute. The air conditioning went perfectly for heating. Everything was just like the pictures in the post. Julián's attention was excellent and allowed us to make a late check-out on the day of check out. The only thing missing is a trash tachito in the upstairs bathroom.

We spent some beautiful nights from Thursday, April 17 to today, April 20. What can I say about Juan excellent attention at all times. The house is beautiful, beautiful neighborhood, very nice houses and super quiet. The main highlight was the mattresses, well hard and comfortable. We were 6 people and we were all very comfortable in the spaces that the house provides. I know that I can rent to Juan again as we love Mar Del and we go whenever we can during the year as I have more rentals. Thank you Juan. They rent with confidence, they will not regret it. Something important that I leave us white clothes, not all do it. Thank you.

The stay was excellent! The house is beautiful, spacious and modernly equipped. The location is ideal to be close to the best beaches and you get easy transfer to the center. There is a lot of business nearby for the everyday or going out to eat even. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The service was excellent, always with a quick and friendly response. The accommodation is beautiful, it has a dreamy view and everything you need to spend a few days with family surrounded by nature. Both Daniel and Noemí were incredibly friendly from the day I wrote to them, until we left the house on the last day. We were able to enjoy a new year in the peace of Sierra de los Padres feeling at home.

I loved the combination of nature with the comfort of the heated pool, which allows you to enjoy even on rainy days, something ideal considering the changing climate of the coast. The house is very bright, has all the necessary tools to cook and the bed is super comfortable. Also, when I needed a blender, Mariano lent it to me without a problem. All the surroundings are beautiful, perfect to relax and enjoy. ¡Excellent experience!

It was a divine stay. Sofia was very nice and they were always available. The apartment is just as cute as in the pictures. It has a dream view, and I loved the amenities of the building, especially the pool. We will be back!

Inés was very kind from the beginning, answering all my questions about the accommodation. We traveled with a 9-month-old baby, and he gave us everything we needed to make the baby comfortable (crib, chair, bathtub, toys, etc.). The apartment is very nice, it includes basic kitchen and toilet items. He also provided us with beach chairs to go to the beach. We felt right at home, the apartment is very cozy and comfortable. Emanuel's apartment is beautiful, we felt right at home, it has sea view, for being a 2 environments it is super spacious, everything is very organized and clean, it has a super quiet location, no street noises and is meters from the beach, undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I went to in Mardel, super recommended!

Really comfortable for everyone. My grandchildren really enjoyed the secret room with its big TV. My children and everyone else enjoyed the stay very much. It allowed us to be together but not crowded. Nicolás is always attentive. Nivea and Olga explained everything to us. We'll really be back. Thank you
