Wonderful place to stay in the back of Nice! Perfect as a starting point for bike rides :) The apartment is perfect for 4-5 people and is very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need and everything was very clean Catherine was an extremely kind and helpful host! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Gilles is an easy contender for the kindest man in France. Let alone his hospitable acceptance and overall welcoming spirit. The peace and views of his home are very healing and much needed time to feel immersed in the landscape of the surrounding mountains. You can tell he built this place with his heart and soul and loves each moment shared in his home. All the best Gilles!

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

Quiet but not isolated location, peace and quiet, mild climate even on New Year's Eve. Cozy house with everything you need, fenced garden and terrace with a view. Walking directly from the house. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We'll be back!🤩

Very good stay at Laurence's. Very nice accommodation for 3, comfortable bed, large bathroom, functional kitchen and superb terrace! Close to Menton on foot by the path, it climbs on the way back... Very good location, recommended.

We stayed as a family for a week in Nice and enjoyed the accommodation there very much. The amenities were great for us, a really well-equipped kitchen, a large and furnished terrace including a grill. 👍 Raphael always responded quickly and helpfully to our questions, came by himself twice and even provided us with the private table tennis table. 🏓 The bus stop is only 5 minutes away and so we were traveling exclusively by bus and train. We highly recommend this Raphael apartment! 👍💪👌 Super!

I felt comfortable with the hosts right from the start. It's a beautiful property with a great pool and a small studio. Those who value convenience in the household and a kitchen will have difficulties here. By car, the area is very quick and very easy to reach. There are many beautiful places nearby and a supermarket, which is also easily accessible by car. Parking is available directly in the yard. The house is accessed via a small alley and has a remote control for the roller door. To switch off for a few days, I find the accommodation ideal. Highlight: Romy! A super cute and playful dog. It was a pleasure overall.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. The location is ideal in relation to various major cities (Nice, Cannes, Monaco) and the mountains. Furthermore, Patrick gives the necessary tips and useful descriptions for activities nearby. In addition, the pool is very clean to take a refreshing dip! Furthermore, the apartment has been quite refurbished with a new kitchen and cozy living room. In short, a great place to celebrate a vacation!

After a warm welcome,we took possession of the simply decorated cottage. The only bemol is the lack of parking.

Magnificent place, surrounded by nature. Giorgia was super helpful, both before arrival to give us all the necessary information, and during the stay. The house is huge, there is really everything for a comfortable stay. There is also everything you need to have a barbecue. The climb to the house (the last 200m) is a bit challenging for those not used to mountain/hill roads, but they are not an obstacle for a good stay. Recommended for large groups.

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

the house really is not missing anything, clean, essential, simple but equipped with everything you need . The terrace outside with a nice view. The parking for the car is inside the courtyard, very comfortable. The house is connected to the village with a steep but short climb. In 10 minutes you can reach the sea to consider if you have motor problems. I spent a weekend of true relaxation given also by the really quiet area

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

Clean and tidy house in all its parts. Large house as pictured. There were 7 of us, including 3 children. We had a great time. Very quiet area. Graziella is very kind and available both before check-in until the end of checkout. Highly recommended!

Simply our best stay with a local! Sandra and Cinzia are exceptionally kind and full of thoughtful touches. The accommodation was full of charm in a quiet little village with a magnificent view. Nothing to say about the cleanliness and comfort of the bedding. We loved our stay and will be happy to go back. 🤗

We had a very enjoyable stay at Gabriela's place. Because the host also lives at the location, we were able to ask something quickly and we felt very welcome. Gabriela gave our good tips for restaurants nearby. The small shop was convenient and Gabriela's homemade bread was very tasty. Also nice that we could rent the electric bikes for a bike ride nearby. The surroundings are very quiet even though it was high season. The apartment is very clean and offers everything you need. Glad the windows and doors have mosquito nets. We loved the communal covered outdoor area and the garden overlooking the mountains. The garden is shared with other guests, so we had nice encounters with the other vacationers; yet there was also sufficient privacy. The pool is rather small but perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of hiking, cycling,... in Piedmont. Merci Gabriela and Werner!
