it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

Very nice hosting . Very friendly, easy communication. Very well-equipped accommodation, very clean, even better than in the photos. You can go there without a second thought. i recommend it.

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

We had a great time staying with Isabelle and her husband. In particular, she offers local meals for the evening at very reasonable rates and it was delicious! The place is quiet, the bedding is very comfortable. The accommodation contains everything you need to arrive with suitcases and rest directly. Really great! Recommended +++!

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation is exactly as described and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

Perfect stay! The apartment is in a beautiful location, just a 5-10 min walk down to the lake. Maryline is also an amazing host - really recommend!

Joanne is a great host. She was able to troubleshoot us at the last moment following a bad experience in another listing. She gave us tips for restaurants and other things to do nearby. The accommodation is very clean, well decorated, very cocooning, it feels good. The bed is large and very comfortable. The kitchen is complete, there is a dishwasher and washing machine if needed in the bathroom. From the terrace you have views of the mountain. You can spend your nights in Joanne's place without a second thought!

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

We had a lovely stay at Marek's, we didn't get to meet him but he was always responsive when needed! The house is warm and we didn't want for anything! Breathtaking landscapes and Morzine 40 minutes away. We'll probably be back!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. This one is very clean, very well equipped. The small terrace is lovely. The accommodation is close to the lake and the center. Pieric is very responsive. We recommend and will be back. Thonon is a very pleasant city, the landscapes, the lake everything is soothing…a nice destination 😊

Matches photos. Apartment close to the lake on foot (10 min). on the garden level, not overlooked. With a secure location for the car (in the basement and in a locked box)

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

Super nice host, a very nice phone call to explain everything to us after our arrival, always responsive. The accommodation is frankly perfect for 2, refurbished, very small but super functional with all the amenities you need. Great stay in Haute Savoie. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped for families, it is close to Evian, Thonon and Yvoire which makes it easy to visit this beautiful region. Sophie is always reachable and the instructions she communicates are excellent for enjoying the stay. I recommend it.

I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!
