Monthly Rentals in La Barreta

Eleonora was a great host, the location of the place was just what we were looking for, close to downtown San Miguel but a quiet place and in the countryside. The house is super cozy and comfortable. Definitely a super recommended place to spend a few days or even a season away from the noise of the city.

The house was very nice, well-kept and tidy with quite nice details, it has the essentials, the private area is very safe and quiet.

Highly recommended. Definitely a place I'd go back to. Alfredo is a great host.

Dan was a very good host and responded very quickly to questions. I spent 3 months (January, February and March) in the loft and found it to be comfortable temperature and space wise. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the smart tv! The internet was reliable and only went down once for a few days when they were working on the lines. I attended many evening concerts, met friends, shopped and socialized in the Centro almost every day; a trip to the Centro was for me about an hour away by bus. I felt very safe walking back to the loft at night from the bus stop. I used Didi / uber at times and trips from the Centro were less than 100 pesos. Trips from HEB off peak were 40 pesos. There is a laundromat about 10 minutes away as well as some markets,stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful, and people often offered me rides down the hill. I liked Dan's dogs and would stay again in the loft.
