There are two bedrooms with one 140cm * 200cm bed each. These bedrooms are separated by a slidding wood wall. They share the lounge area with a small sofa, two airmchairs, a flatscreen TV and pleanty of storage space. There is a dining area with a huge dinning table and the kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave. The bathroom has a shower big enough for two and is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, ironing equipment. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in after 23.00h has a 20€ surcharge. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. It´s a comfortable, modern and functional apartment situated 300 metres from the beach, and 6 metro stops from the center of city. Very animated neighborhood (Poblenou) but not scandalous. Very safe and calm at night. It´s ideal for a great holiday in Barcelona.
