We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Despina was an excellent host. We found great local restaurants and bakeries in Legrena and the excellent restaurants in Lavrion (The Port Restaurant was especially good). Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of room to move.

We loved our stay here - amazing views, easy walk to the best beach on Sifnos, great cafes and restaurants. The house is fantastic - well set up, very comfortable and almost brand new. We will be back in 2025!

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It also catered perfectly to our baby’s needs. The host and their team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the evenings, stargazing from the terrace was magical, adding to the peaceful ambiance. A perfect getaway for families or anyone looking for relaxation in a stunning setting!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home and its breathtaking views… it's the perfect place to disconnect and relax. Great value for the price! A large lawn in front of the house pleases the eye and children have a place to run. In early October, this was a great option when the pool was no longer used and not windy at all, unlike the more outdoor areas. On the other hand - 10 minutes to the beach when the weather is good I was not very happy with the slight smell of mold in the basement, where the beds are also standing. In general, it turned out to be a very pleasant villa, where we both heated the fireplace and fried kebabs a couple times

The location of the house is stunning right by a beach and very nice private garden area to hang out in.

We enjoyed the amazing view of our hotel, to the point that at one point we didn't want to go out to dinner and we ordered dinner. on the balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. The house was cool all the time. of our stay. A beautiful clean home, with a very beautiful surrounding area! This, personally, I liked most of everything it was, that in the evening he could pick you up sleep well while listening to the waves from the beach. Our hostess, Mrs. Emilia, was always available to whatever we asked her, especially in the presence of our little baby, while he did not miss an opportunity to cheat us from cookies to fresh figs of August. Kanala is also a very beautiful area, ideal at the time of the it has (if not the most sheltered) one of the most sheltered beaches. kanala shared in the middle the routes we wanted to make on the island (Chora, Kolona beach, Dryopida, Gaidouromandra beach). The house was constantly cool throughout our stay. A beautiful clean accommodation, in a very beautiful area! What I personally liked the most was that at night you could fall asleep listening to the waves from the beach. Our hostess Ms. Emilia, she was always available for whatever we asked of her, especially with the presence of our little baby, while she never missed an opportunity to treat us from cookies to fresh August figs. Kanala is also a very beautiful area, ideal during the “meltemia” weather as it has (if not the most windless) one of the most windless beaches on the island. Kanala is placed in the middle of all the routes we wanted to do on the island (Chora, Kolona beach, Dryopida, Gaidouromantra beach etc). It also has restaurants and cafes such as Archipelagos and Molos.

We had a wonderful stay in Kali Livadi at Constantinos and his parents'. The place is very beautiful and very quiet. The view across the small bay is stunning. The house is sheltered from the wind and the beach is a five-minute walk. Constantinos and his family are very proactive, very nice and very helpful. We would happily stay again! Thank you again so much for these ten days.

A very beautiful clean and tidy room with a breathtaking view . Arriving in the room is a little difficult because it has 150 steps but as soon as you see the view you forget. Mrs. Sophia very sweet and kind.

The small port of Loutra where the listing is located is charming with taverns and welcoming bakeries. The free beachside thermal bath is superb especially at night when it's cooler. The large space used to park cars is not very aesthetic but practical. Three shaded beaches can be reached on foot. The studio, located slightly elevated with views of the rooftops and beach, allows you to make a cup of coffee or tea but does not have enough to heat a dish. Charming, I will happily go back.

This is our second time here. We LOVE this place. Perfect place in a perfect spot. Flampouria really is the best… solitary swims before 10am are such a rare thing. The sunsets are wonderful too. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to rest and recharge by the sea. I also want to mention our wonderful hosts who have been so warm and kind to us on both occasions! Thank you for sharing this perfect spot. :)

Awasome location, big house (we stay with 2 families, 5 children the oldest at 9 years), clean and modern facilities, spend a lot of hours at the ca 20x5 m pool, had dinner at the "mezedopoleion" tavern of Theodoros, 5 min. car drive into the village, Theodoros manage for supply of fresh fish on pre order of 1 day or dishes like pastizio for the kids at reasonable prices, 5 min. car drive to the excellend beach of legraina 15 to poseidon temple. Easy internet success, cable tv (offered but not used) Recommendable at any times!

Excellent stay in this beautiful house nestled in the hills, quiet, with a magnificent view. Only "negative" point: the air conditioning already mentioned in previous reviews but not insurmountable either! 😉 A big thank you to Polina for her responsiveness as well as the kindness of her lovely parents, Vassylis and Mary😊. I recommend the place without hesitation!

We came for a week to relax and the place is absolute paradise. The perfect place to get away but still be able to drive to next town for restaurants or shopping. The house is very spacious and feels warm and welcoming. It has really everything you might need. Sitting in the sun by the pool looking at the ocean and the ferrys sailing by while eating a home cooked meal with local ingredients is heavenly. The house has many rooms and we slept extremely well. We are very grateful for Alexandra hosting us and will 100 % come back should we return to Kea. The island is gorgeous and we went on some hikes and drives to explore. We recommend a car/ SUV to get around.

Wonderful stay as a family of four in Serifos, Great retreat, and had a dreamy week. YOU WILL NEED A VEHICLE IF TOU WANT TO GET ABOUT REGULARLY! Knowing this we booked a car and came and went happily and regularly. Good when it’s windy, lovely when the wind settles, all in all a cracking stay

Panos, Oksana's husband welcomed us and was available for questions or others throughout. The complex is in Pasha Bay, not far from the centrality of Lavrio and a short walk to the beach. A car allows you to visit the area, go to the taberns and make the most beautiful beaches in the area, bikes could also do the trick but the main road does not allow you to drive with children. The pool is open from 10 to 13h and from 17h30 to 20h which is quite common in Greece (the world stops during nap time, but it may be that some neighbors fans of gardening do not stop). The house matches the photos and description very well, nothing is missing and everything works. The terrace enjoys the scent of flowers and the view from the Aegean. We highly recommend it!

Amazing place with a great host. We were a group of 6 ppl and the yellow house was perfect for us - especially for the kids. We loved the pool and the surroundings. Sotiria was very helpful with tips and recommendations and very responsive to all of our needs. We will def come back again!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is exactly as on photos. The view was amazing, we stare at it for hours. In the summer the sunsets were exactly where you want them to bee, and sunrises too. The only thing I think is worthy to mention is privacy. You can see people in the neighboring house. And sometimes they can see you. It's the last house of the row so its better. But everyone around was very nice and normal. No loud parties. Just kids but that was good to. Just a bunch of people enjoying the view and the weather. And we felt alright with privacy. I that sometimes you really want to be alone and it's not the place. On the other hand it feels safe to leave the doors open at night, just leave mosquito nets on, cuz you're not alone on a mountain, the area as a whole is private and feels safe. Anyway, we enjoyed it. Thank you for hosting us. Kea was good.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for the first weekend of April 2025, to celebrate a bachelorette party, and it was absolutely perfect! The interiors have a touch of the past, with a gorgeous, upper-class charm that made the whole experience feel extra special. Harris, our host, was incredibly kind and responsive, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway! P.S. Just an hour drive from Athens, the journey itself was a treat - the spring scenery along the way was magical, with blooming flowers and lush green hills setting the tone for the weekend. Worth visiting not only in summer time but also in spring!
