Our house was built in 2010 following the architecture of the houses of Chora Kythnos. It is 75sq.m., consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom with shower (ground floor), loft with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, terrace and roof. It also has a small storage room and an auxiliary space with a washing machine. With a privileged location since it is a few meters away from the main street of Chora with all the shops but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood.

There are several other beaches only minutes driving. The are also several out-door activities nearby. You’ll love my place because of the amazing sea-views, the convenient location (close to the beach and local shops), the modern design, relaxing atmosphere and our great hospitality. My place is good for couples and families.

Sofia's house is in Merichas. Located on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain. You can get there only by 100 stairs. Also we renovated the house, the toilet, the kitchen in 2020 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2021. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We take seriously the reviews made by our visitors and always try to improve.
