Vacation rentals with beach access in Kythnos

A clean, comfortable, well laid out apartment that's just a hop, skip and jump from the quiet, relaxing beach. From the front porch, you get a clear view of the sea and mesmeric horizon. There was wi-fi, but it was a little temperamental. Our mobile phone signal was strong so it was a minor inconvenience. Also, the shower doesn't run hot, but with the temperatures we experienced a cool shower is what was mostly needed anyway. We stayed for 7 nights and could have doubled that time, happily. Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly unforgettable! The photos simply do not do justice to how beautiful the house and the view are in reality. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Voula, the host, is a delightful person who is always ready to help. We were treated with so much love and care, making us feel right at home. Just 3 meters away, there is a wonderful tavern that serves delicious food. The beach right below the house is stunning, perfect for children with baby seats, loungers, and all the amenities you could ask for. It was such a pleasure to have everything so close and convenient. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Voula, for making this the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Ioanna's aparment it's small but really cosy, there is a bedroom and a big bathroom, plus a really nice terrace where you can have breakfast or relaxing with the view of the harbour. Everything was super clean and Ioanna is a perfect host. The location couldn't be better, just in the middle of the little port, but super quiet. Lots of bakeries, supermarkets, tavernas, cafes all around. Really a great place!

What can you say about this spotless apartment located in the heart of the island , is equipped with all the essentials, and much more than you could ask for! It's just 3 minutes from the port and all the shops you'll need for breakfasts , food , cafes, mini markets , bars, etc … Simos had taken care of everything is an amazing host and very helpful so we don't miss anything …The house is made and decorated with a lot of care keeping the traditional element of the island, it's all new in the house , we had a great time . We will definitely visit it again soon!!! Thanks for everything, keep it up!!!

The location is remote but has good facilities nearby, a fantastic restaurant (Arias) about 100m away serving the best seafood I’ve had outside of the UK! Not a large restaurant and has a very exclusive feel to it Equally a nice walk around the other bay, we found a few restaurants and taverna’s - our favourite was Sofrano’s The room isn’t big, but it’s well equipped and comfortable for the 4 night stay we had, and Nikos was very helpful for the few questions we had. Aircon works perfectly and much needed respite from the 35+ heat. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and is also shaded so easy to get a break from direct sunlight Comfortable bed and nice sheets Lovely neighbours in the main house (I assume this is Nikos’ family), Poppy treated us to a salad lunch one day unexpectedly, including fish caught from the bay at the bottom of the steps! Delicious - thank you! Cannot wait to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended Would definitely stay again

Fantastic, spacious flat with the gorgeous views over the bay of Merichas. Walking distance to all places in town. You can go swimming at the beach across the street. Great condition and fully functioning flat! I will go back for sure.

The house is right above the sea in a wonderful bay with a sandy beach and a few steps from a great local taverna. We really enjoyed and relaxed during our vacation there. The terrace is stunning - the interior gets a bit warm towards the end of the day.

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

We had a very good time at Stamatis' house. Everything worked wonderfully from the start. Stamatis immediately took care of every request and every concern of ours. The house itself was beautifully decorated and above all we liked the location very much. We felt at home and enjoyed every minute. The island of Kythnos also impressed us very much and if we come back, then only to Stamatis.

What can we say about this stay!!!! The property is in a great location with breathtaking views where you can enjoy great sunsets. The place IS amazing!!!! Everywhere you notice a simple luxury and you understand how taste every object has been placed inside the space. The owners have given their best!!! And amenities are beyond expectations. I had an unforgettable stay at Aggeliki's place in Kythnos. The location is absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and serene environment that made it the perfect getaway. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean, with every detail carefully attended to, making it feel both cozy and welcoming. Aggeliki, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She was incredibly kind, warm, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, and immaculately maintained place to stay in Kythnos, with a host who truly cares about your comfort, I highly recommend Aggeliki's place. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We stayed with Katerina for the second time and as always were very satisfied.

The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

Rania’s place was great for us. The location is supeeb, just few steps from a beautiful beach, in the most lovely complex that has kids playgrounds small green trails and lots of peaceful spots to look at the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable, the Living space is cozy and nice. Rania was extremely helpful and considerate.

I stayed for a month while working remotely and can warmly recommend the flat with sea vier from the balcony, strong WLAN, its equipment (detergent and laundry tabs etc.) and surroundings (I traveled without car). Elpidoforos is an amazing host. He is super friendly and always helped me out with advice and great recommendations to visit. Thank you! 😊

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

Very nice place in a wonderful and peaceful surrounding. Georgia even organized a lot of beach toys for our daughter and we felt right at home. Two restaurants and a supermarket are in the village and the beach right at your feet, Georgia on top is a very kind and friendly host!

It was remote, but a real gem! Leto was able to get us into the house at the last minute as we had plans that canceled. The view was outstanding. We did not have a car, but a kind taxi driver got us there and offered to come get us at the end of the trip. Transportation is a must if you are going to be there a few days.
