This well-lit and cozy house (50 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons). All the rooms are furnished with care and have all the amenities.

Traditionally built house a few meters from the sea with a bedroom with a double bed with anatomic mattress, TV and wardrobe, toilet with built-in sanitary ware, living room with sofa that becomes a double bed and armchair-bed, TV and kitchen fully equipped with full air conditioning can accommodate up to 5 people. The car stops 80 meters from the house and access is by stairs and a traditional alley. It has a large terrace with a living room and 2 beach loungers.

The house consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, one large balcony and three small ones. In the settlement there are supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy, a bakery, a butcher shop, restaurants & tavernas, cafes, bars, nightclubs, a gas station, travel agencies, car rental agencies.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.
